Firstly, they quoted me 50000 Tanzania Shillings for a taxi from the airport. They rang me to say that that would be £14.00 sterling, and provided me with a German email address to send the money to via Paypal. I did this, and they then sent me a photograph showing I had only paid 42000 TSZ. After arriving I say that my paypal showed a debit of 60,000 TSZ. So they were obviously lying. There was supposed to be WiFi. There was none. The shower did not work. They turned the air con off remotely to save money. I told them I was leaving after 1 day, although I was booked in for 7. They then started talking about booking/web site commission. When I came to leave, on day 2., the exit was locked stopping me from leaving even though I had paid them for 2 nights, The accommodation, was very basic, with nowhere to put clothing, a suitcase or under ware etc, For what it was, it was very expensive, with virtually no facilities. They are advertising things that they didn't have. Very, Very poor. Do not stay there.

Staff speaks no English and hard to communicate with them. Bit noisy because located on the side of a road where many cars and trucks pass plus the staff ladies start to speak loudly very early in the morning which makes it hard to sleep if you don't have earplugs. They don't offer breakfast and in the area around there are no cafes or restaurants, only pubs and street food stalls.

Its clumsy with little ventilation, small.car parking no breakfast unless you request, room. The demand payment before you enter your room

Nothing...it's cool

I came here to go to Kijiji beach resort. The resort is short 15 minute walk from Lunguya. So, I only slept in the at night but didn't spend any time there. Room has a comfortable bed and a killer a/c unit very quiet and powerful...creates a Icebox effect!! It's on a paved road that connects to the main road where the daladala run to the ferry. So you can walk out your door walk to the main road in less than five minutes and be on daladala or bajaj, or motorcycle headed to the ferry in no time. Yes I will come again. Oh they sell cold beer in the reception.
