It was very close to Gatwick airport. The beds were comfortable. The photos look very similar to the real thing

The property is run by a company. You have no direct contact and they seem to do the bear minimum to make your stay enjoyable. From the beginning they would not talk to me via WhatsApp which I found wiered. We were a group of three and we were left with only one key. It would have been nice to have an extra key or a lockbox with a password which doesn't change every hour or day. They don't have blackout curtains and they gave a silly excuse that they were going to put one exactly this week but they didn't have a window. Overall I would say their customer service is very bed. So I would really work on that. I am an hotel owner and I have stayed in many Airbnb and booking apartments with no direct contact, but this was one of the worst. Please make sure you transmit more warmth and willingness to help in the future. I think that for what I paid in a place far away from the center I expected much more

When we turn up at the property a lot of the rooms were dirty the bath had scum in the bottom and was mould also a lot of dust around window seals and skirting boards
