hi! we (me and my husband) stayed there for 2 nights and it was more then perfect! before stayed there, we faced some problems with 3 hotels because they didn’t accept the foreigners, and we were trying to find something good and not so expensive for stay in Beijing urgent. we are really lucky, because we met an amazing owners! you guys are so friendly, polite and helpful! when we will come to Beijing again I hope we will have a chance to stay in your place again🙏🏻 and here you can enjoy not just the property or an amazing view from the window, but you can also have a pleasant conversation 🙏🏻

We arrived late having changed our arrival time several times and Jennie was very understanding. When we arrived she picked us up promptly and waited up for me even though I had to go out at 11pm. The apartment was spotless and is very close to Songjiazhuang subway station. The community security was very friendly.

The room is extremely cramped - it really isn't big enough for a double bed. So if you have lots of luggage, this may not be ideal for you. We only stayed 10pm-5am so it wasn't a big issue for us.
