Beautiful house in a fantastic location iwithin a delight village. Lovely independent shops bars restaurants and cafes. I would 100% stay here again. Great communication, and everything for relaxing was there. Just perfect!

Tim’s place was very well equipped, especially things for young kids and babies like high chair, cot, night light, baby monitor and baby bath tub. Very impressed!

Very steep and narrow stairs but expected for a Victorian house. Extra care when going up and down the stairs with babies and young kids.

The owner greeted us by the door. So welcoming.

Everything was great! Attentive host. home from home, great location and great beds.

On Booking it stated breakfast included. although a lovely hamper on the first day this wouldn't have fed more than one days breakfast. everything was great but don't think it should be advertised as include breakfast. complementary hamper would I feel be better. Would defanitley stay again. Not a complaint just a suggestion!!

The house was in a perfect location and very well equipped with everything I needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast and additional treats supplied were very welcome.

The house was lovely and clean with very comfy beds. We had a welcome basket waiting for us with a handwritten note which was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of things like tea, coffee, sauces, mini cereal boxes etc. It was also well stocked with equipment. They are very prepared for guests with children, providing - high hairs, cots, stair gates, children’s cutlery and toys, even a Tommie tippee blackout blind. Communication was very good and friendly

The taps in the sinks had very low water pressure. And not a complaint but more of a note- the stairs up to the third floor are very steep

We loved our stay, house is so well equipped, simple things that are often missing - plenty of mirrors, loo roll, everything you could need for kids (crockery and cutlery, toys, high chair, cots), toiletries for all, well stocked food supplies. The house was clean and lovely quality bedding and towels. Great little location with lovely restaurants, a few nice shops, park, river walk all within walking distance.

The house was very clean and well stocked with food with a good information booklet. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable Very well placed in the town for shops pubs and restaurants

The stairs to the attic room are a bit steep with no hand rail as are the front steps

Good selection of toys, spacious rooms, comfy beds. Clean and felt like a home. Really enjoyed our stay. Felt family friendly

Husband would have liked a tumble dryer, however there are 2 clothes horses to dry clothes on.

Great location. House was well appointed and the breakfast provisions was a nice touch.

The only thing we were concerned about was the stairs, which were a lot steeper than we were used to!

Lovely house, near river walks and High street for shopping and restaurants. The house had everything we needed and were very pleased with the thoughtful groceries left for us, which included fresh eggs and flowers. A spacious, well thought out home with off street parking and brilliant facilities for us and 2 teenagers. Thank you Tim and Caroline for a brilliant stay.

House was beautiful with lots of little extras.

From start to finish Tim was incredibly welcoming. The house was immaculate, a real home from home. It had everything you could possibly think of and more. Beds were comfy, the photos don’t do this place justice. Location is superb and there was a lovely little hamper waiting for us on arrival. We will 100% stay here again.
