Lo que mas me gustó fue la terraza con mesas, sillas y tumbonas muy agradable para llevarse la cena y cenar ahí.

La habitacion tenia un tragaluz en el techo que con el viento no paraba de moverse y hacer ruido, fue muy dificil conciliar el sueño. Por otro lado, el baño compartido estaba encharcado todo el rato y se salía el agua de la ducha.

Si vas a ir a la graciosa está literalmente a un minuto andando del ferry. Es una casa con varias habitaciones ( cada una con su llave y un nombre diferente ), baño compartido, igual que cocina, con la peculiaridad que en ésta hay muebles y baldas de la nevera nombradas con el nombre de tu habitacion.

Que en la habitación solo hubiera un enchufe.

Terrible wifi, no hosts around, was difficult to contact and gain access to the property, building is very poorly maintained (shower blocked, furniture poor quality)

The accommodation was very damp and smelled of moisture. The kitchen wall was all moldy. On the first and second day we found a cockroach on the floor. They said they cleaned every day but it was there by the second day. I had to kill it and clean it up. The microwave didn't work. No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink.

Great if you are catching an early ferry to Isla Graciosa. Clean, quiet, great value for money.

No reception onsite, but the communication with the owner is efficient.

There was a "tikking" sound from out of the building next to my room. Luckely i had my earplugs with me.

Great location and lovely views from the roof terrace. Lovely mix of nationalities and ages staying in the house the days I was there.

Check in. Message was sent 're check in mid morning of the day I was due to arrive (by whatsapp) asking me to provide some details before would be given info for arrival at property. It was stressful as i didnt have access to Wi-Fi whilst travelling. Once I found a cafe with wifi i completed the info then had to wait for response to be able to access the property. Entry is by an electronic key pad. Was very difficult (practically impossible) to see the numbers in bright sunlight. The code I was initially given was unfortunately incorrect. After returning to the cafe to get Wi-Fi to be able to contact the owner again, a lovely lady (who does the cleaning) came and assisted with a new code and entry. So, I eventually got into the property but was a stressful start! Would suggest the owner asks for details for check in once the reservation is made and paid for rather than the morning of arrival. And to think about an alternative door entry system.

Great location for exploring orzola and surrounding area. The lady cleaning was lovely. She did a great job 😊

If some of the other guests were up late talking in the communal areas then it was noisy as you could hear easily from other rooms in the house.

Location perfect for Ferry to La Graciosa and bus stop 50 yards ,restaurants etc .Great place to meet fellow travellers and exchange experiences over a bottle of wine. Rooftop Terrace a real suntrap with loungers and tables to dine alfresco whilst watching the amazing sunset

The Digital Doorlock. It was impossible to enter the code to open during the Day with the strong sunlight. The black glass reflects the image of you. It needs a different design.like the older push button type.

The host was so sweet and nice to us, and the b&b was in a perfect location. In case you need to take the ferry for the graciosa island is just in front of the building and you can have 10% discount for the trip. Amazing the terrace (and the view) on top of the house!

The room haven't a window so the air inside is a bit too heavy and you could smell mold even if there is no trace of it.

Room was clean and well-equipped. Kitchen and bathroom is shared (you get your own shelf with kitchen utensils). Private car park was just in front of the building. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Owner was very kind and helpful (she will tell you about a discount for a ferry ticket). If you’re planning to go to La Graciosa island it’s a perfect location to start your trip in early morning. It takes 2 minutes to get to the harbor. Terrace is on the rooftop with beautiful view.

Room didn’t have any window and it was very stinky inside. Microwave also didn’t work at all.

Great place to stay. Big terrace with a nice view. Amazing location with free parking.

Lovely accommodation and host. property was clean and the rooms were basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. We travelled by bicycle and there was space to store our bikes. Great communication with host.

No hot water in the kitchen and the shower water wasn’t very hot.

Late check in during bad weather. but was able to leave bag at ferry office. Few places to eat in Orzola off season.

We didn't realise that the house was split into different rooms with different guests staying when we booked. But it wasn't an issue as all rooms were lockable. Beds were quite old and need replacing.

Good facilities, clean, value for money, and the roof top terrace. Great host.

its clean and minimalistic, the bed is comfortable. I slept very good. Everything was nice

even though I liked everything, its very perfumed in the room, so if you dont like the perfumed situation maybe talk with the staff for your booking

it’s next to the boat station to la graciosa, the price is excellent, there are excelentes restaurantes near. the place is very clean and cozy, the owner is very nice and helpful
