Great property, awesome location just out of the city and well put together

The rooms were not cleaned/ refreshed daily but not a massive problem

Very small room and bathroom (made of plastic). No staff. I asked a question via Line (the only channel of communication with the hotel) and they were not helpful, very Do-it-yourself style

The location is really close to a Keio subway station. We always had to transfer in Shinjuku to go elsewhere but we don’t mind it. The neighborhood has multiple restaurants and a convenience store around it to satisfy late night cravings.

The room is clean but narrower than what the picture is showing. Everything is self-service here, no staff around to help. The staff took awhile to reply to my message. Luggage storage is really small and already filled with other guests’ items when we arrived. We didn’t have a place to put our luggage and we had to wait for our room to store our stuff. There’s supposed to be a direct access from the property to the laundry area but it’s locked most of the time. I had to go back and forth from the outside at a freezing temperature. I wish the second floor has a communal area too, but it’s not a deal breaker.
