Kitchen. Free parking. Modern bathroom. Good heating. Washing machine. Reasonably priced.
Bed squeeky and mattress very uncomfortable. Topper too small for mattress.
Walls in stairway and bedroom scuffed, grubby & unpleasant.
Clothes rack in closet & mirror in downstairs WC ridiculously high.
No coffee table or rug in living room.
Outdoor area needs maintenance. Long grass, weeds, no lighting. Found a dead pidgeon that looked like it had been there for a while before our arrival.
Information folder needs updating, WiFi details incorrect. Had to message host for the correct code.

Location on main bus route so great. Good selection of pans. Downstairs toilet a great addition. Bedroom very peaceful.
Knives were very blunt. No peeler or teapot. Mirror in downstairs toilet was above our heads

Clean and fair size for a 1 bedroom with some nice decor. It has a private garden and it’s own parking. Good facilities and a 20 minute walk from downtown Lincoln.
My only negative is the bed, it’s a ‘sleigh’ style bed, which looks nice and has a solid top and bottom to the frame… However when you’re over 6ft tall you need an open ended (or an extra large) bed to have room to straighten your legs out, and so I couldn’t. Thus, I had to sleep with knees bent the whole time.

Cosy, comfortable, clean and quiet.
Tea and coffee was a nice touch.
Parking was a bit of a squeeze, but guess there's not much you can do about that!

Accommodation was spotless, bed very comfortable, everything you could need was provided.
Host was very accommodating.
A stool or chair and vanity unit or dresser with mirror for getting ready in the bedroom would have been much appreciated. A minor thing but us ladies like to get ready in comfort..

The mattress on the main bed was way to soft, but that could just be personal preference

Property was what we hoped for. If I had any comments perhaps the garden could be maintained ....it is just weeds and unkept....it would have made the garden a more usable space
Also and I am sure time and previous use has proved that this isn't an issue but the current position of the toaster is directly below the overhanging cupboards. We noticed that it causes the underside of the cupboards to get extremely hot and on further use we pulled the toaster forward from the cupboards. to avoid a potential fire risk. Maybe consider fixing silver foil to underside of cupboards to reflect heat back

Clean & hygienic. Beautiful house.
No negative only struggled for couple of days without the hair dryer especially the lady. Is something which you cannot just go & buy it’s weird, everywhere I’ve stayed in the past I can’t recall any place didn’t had a hairdryer.

Absolutely beautiful house, so clean & comfortable. You can tell the people who own this property like nice things and have high standards. They are sharing a bit of that with you in the presentation of his property.

Clean property - perfect for a 1/2 night stay. Bed very comfortable- check in arrangements and location details clear. Pleasantly furnished.
A pint of milk in the fridge would have been a helpful touch, otherwise a good stay.

Made easy to find and enter via great directions. Lovely house that was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay (Just like being at home!).
Highly recommend to all (Walkers - PepsiCo just 0.2 miles away) and I will stay again.

Beautiful place a real home from home

It is a lovely modern 1 bedroom house which we felt instantly at home and relaxed in. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, not overlooked and a short walk from Lincoln. The open plan layout downstairs works really well and we loved the large bedroom upstairs. The ensuite has a large walk in shower which was wonderful
The only thing I would say is that the mattress needs replacing but that's all.

The bed was SO comfy, and the house was very clean
The sofa in the living room isn’t the comfiest for more than 1 person if you’re wanting to get comfy and watch anything on TV as it’s quite small.
