Location and the view
Paying extra for bedding and towels. The place was empty, cold and uninviting.

good location
not told prior to arrival that there are 40+ stairs to access this property. this should be stated. no lift access.
Also no amenities - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days. no garbage bags to get rid of rubbish. no dishwashing or laundry liquid. no basic supplies at house - hand soap, shampoo all run out. 3 coffee pods provided and 1 dishwashing tablet. needed more basic amenties.

The bedrooms were really good. We enjoyed the view of the sea from the balcony it was beautiful and was the perfect location for shops and food.

Location is incredible! The place is so stunning I could watch the view all day every day.
Not having towels was a bit of a bummer, it’s the first place I’ve stayed at that didn’t have towels and had to go buy some. I’m sure it was written somewhere to advise but I missed that part.

Penthouse 11 had sweeping bay views and felt very private. Its close to all amenities e.g cafes, restaurants and grocers. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and clean.

Wonderful spacious townhouse.
The locked key box was a bit tricky to get into as it is one of 2, non identified boxes, located under the letter boxes. A tradesman assisted us to open the box.

The location was great, the view was beautiful and walking distance to shops, cafes, pub and restaurants. A bonus having a restaurant with great good and service under the apartments

Awesome View. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is full with utensils awesomely clean. Excellent services. Fast response. Will be back again on our next vacation.
Only the wifi keeps getting disconnected. Not sure if it is the router issue. Other then that, everything is perfect.

Host could replace very old couches and floor to a newer furniture and flooring and replacing to comfier bedding

very spacious and open plan living, property was clean, neighbours were lovely, and the view and space on the deck is insane. we loved our stay and the location was brilliant
we hadn’t seen advertised very well that linen and towels were meant to be BYO. have never had that with towels before with accomodation especially when already supplying bath mats didn’t really make sense but not sure if a Covid thing. Also the box/lock size for the amount of keys on the key rings isn’t big enough and took a good 10 minutes to work out and readjust everything

The view and location was magnificent. The size of the property was great (spacious) and overall comfortable.
Great area nice and quiet and great for families.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the door handles on the property and garage were very loose and falling off.
Main toilet leaked water. The private parking space was very small and if car parked next to you, you couldn’t open the doors. The property has a lot of steep stairs from the front door up to the actual apartment and not safe if you have small children as stairway is open. Very expensive and Overpriced

I love the huge space! Awesome ocean view. Very clean! I love that it has a spa, and big bathroom! Over all it is a wonderful holiday house! We really enjoyed it
The lamp above the kitchen burner is not workin.
The long stairs situated in the center of the room should have a barricade to make it safe from kids. The sliding glass door in the balcony is hard to slide open.

Likes the position of the property - terrific beach view and access to the beach and shops. Liked the openness of the living area.
The property didn't have a clothes dryer. We were not comfortable with the open staircase in the middle of the lounge area. The child gate that had been provided was not acceptable. We placed a table in front of the stairs.
