Large house in quiet area.
Property is close to shops and the house is large and generously supplied with linen and all the basics. For a long stay more storage containers in the kitchen would have been nice. It was a quiet neighbourhood.

Short drive to Sovereign Hill
This property is great for a large or 2 small families. Spacious living / dining room, large kitchen, nice outside undercover area and large bedrooms. Sovereign Hill is only a short drive away. Shopping complex is walking distance. I had booked a 5 bedroom house and was upgraded to a 6 bedroom.

This house was clean, extremely well priced, roomy, comfortable and you are provided with all the essentials such as towels, bedding, coffee tea and milk. Remember to pack a hair dryer.

The property was adequate for us but was disappointed that the lawns weren’t mowed and floors weren’t washed. No bbq made cooking difficult as kitchen was sparse. If you are happy with that then not a bad place to stay.

The weekend weather in Ballerat was terrible, but the house didn't take long to warm up. Would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and tidy and very comfortable.

We had a little hiccup upon arrival..the key code/pad didn't work. However, a quick call and Shane (?) was there in minutes to sort the problem out.
The house had 6 bedrooms so all 5 of us had a room to ourselves, and 2 bathrooms meant no waiting for showers.
Kitchen was equipped with basic cutlery/crockery/cookware.
Beds were very comfy and the area was quiet.
Just a couple of points that we feel need addressing: There were no coat hangers, no bedside lamps and no soap holder in one of the bathroom's shower.
All in all, very comfortable accommodation at a great price.

Awesome property
Spotlessly clean, well set up, well appointed, easy to find, pool entry was a bonus! Some of the Beds were slightly hard but still good! Really liked staying here And would again anytime!

Everyone got their own room
Happy with accommodation, we were there for work and everyone had their own space. Great, clean accommodation that was in a perfect location for where we were working.
