Home was great, Vacasa does not do a good job with the simple fixes and I’m guessing doesn’t tell the owner about them either.

Older property, but clean and excellent location for skiing at Copper Mountain (ski in-ski out).

Literally steps from the American Eagle lift at Copper Mountain. A ski locker in the heated garage also made it easy to ski back for lunch. The condo building itself is old, but nice updates in the kitchen and bathroom made it an enjoyable stay. The 2 queen beds and pull out couch were perfect for our family of 5. Couple notes: garage height is 6'10" and fireplace wasn't working though the Vacasa Property Mgmt team came within hours of my text to try and fix it. Overall, would recommend!

My main goal was to get as close as possible to the ski lift. This property was a hop, skip and a jump to the American Eagle lift. Very convenient! There are plenty of places to eat that are within walking distance. It was cozy, clean and equipped with items to make your meals. The host was very good about sending updates and checking in with you to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this place.

It shows there is a sofa bed, but it is a sofa not sofa bed. The beds are definitely smaller than Queen size.

Proximity to American Eagle lift was fantastic. Well kept condo and new living room furniture. With parking in the garage we never had to move our car. Very close to the central village. Fantastic communication from management and very easy access. Will definitely stay again if we come to Copper.

The access to the slopes was great. With almost everything else, Vacasa did a very poor job. They did not explain the logistics of parking and how to register your vehicle, even when I called their customer service line. The reservation listed a hot tub as an amenity, but the hot tub was completely empty, no water. The reservation was listed as a 6 person condo, but the advertised pull-out couch/bed was in very bad shape. Our guests ended up sleeping on the floor because the pull-out would have been very difficult to sleep on. There were very few check-out instructions, so we didn’t really know what we had to do as far as the condition of the condo (cleaning, sheets, trash, dishwasher, etc).

The room was perfect for our needs. Could have used a better shower head. Not enough pressure. That was made up for with the fact that I literally skied to the door for lunch and the end of the last run. Great location.

Great location for skiing and firework viewing in center village. Lots of sleeping options, plenty of towels for 6. Wanted to note there is a regular coffee maker AND a Keurig in the unit. There currently is NO community hot tub on the 4th floor. The door says “hot tub” but when you enter there is only a sauna.

Condo is very clean; kitchen is updated and has all you need to cook from home. View of the slopes was amazing!

This condo had everything we needed. Close to the lift we used everyday for snowboarding.

Great location right next to the chairlift! Nice layout and a lot of space to the condo. Unfortunately, the elevator and hot tub weren’t working when we were there.

Can't beat this location on Copper Mountain. About the shortest walk possible to the lifts and close to all the amenities of the Village. Comfortable unit with all the needed features. We will be back.

We give it an A+ vacation rental

This property is in a great location, right next to the American Eagle lift at Copper Mountain. However, what we didn't count on was the fact that the snow cats were running all night, grooming the runs next to the lift, making it very noisy and difficult to sleep during the night . The condo itself was comfortable, but for what we paid, we expected it to compare to staying at a decent hotel. However, we found several small problems: There were no wash cloths in the unit, only large bath towels, making it very difficult to wash up. There was not a box of tissues, and the hair dryer supplied to the unit was broken. There was a light bulb out in the bedroom light fixture, making the room very dark at night. The refrigerator handle was so disgusting I had to wipe it down with an alcohol wipe before we could use it. Also, the toilet seat was loose. One of the bar stools at the bar broke apart when I sat on it, and I only weigh 115 lbs. Worst of all, my 96-year-old mother, who had come along for a get-away, attempted to take her walker on the handicap ramp at the front of the building to get inside, but it was so full of ice and snow that she had to painstakingly use the stairs every time we came in and out of the building. Even though there was a Vacasa office nearby, there was never anyone in the office to address these issues. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice ski in/out unit. Looks like newly renovated, very clean and comfortable, sufficient kitchen supplies. Will stay there again!

Perfect location and space for my son and me. We had an awesome last minute trip. The ski in/ski out location is great. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if available!
