The staff is very nice and friendly.

Very dirty place. Stains in the bed linnen. Bathroom literally fell apart. Very mouldy and unpleasant. Aircon did not work properly. I’m shocked how this relatively new hotel can be so rundown in a few years.

limited parking, small blanket, a lil smelly bed pillow blanket, wifi a lil bit messed..

Room was very dull and dusty, a lot of little cockroaches in the bathroom

Location is perfect! next to Indomaret, warung nasi, and MRT. Love the big window of deluxe room, lots of light!

Hot shower doesn't work, it's dirty, bed sheet and pillow cover have many stains, floor is not clean, many hair and dust, the cup is not well cleaned, water container still have water and stain in it :( but when I ask the staff they change it right away, and re-clean it.
