Worst experience.The place has mirjuana smell all over the hall ways and it got spread to all my clothes and hair and couldnt get over for 5 days.worst of the worst...

Spacious room and bathroom

Ants crawling everywhere even on the bed. I suffered numerous bites and was itching all night. The AC was not cooling , that’s why they have many fans in the room. Can you imagine Miami heat? Not a pun! Humidity was awful. The room has a microwave and small fridge ( not cooling properly) so it is not an apartment. The bed as you see has no headboard so the pillow keeps sliding. There is nothing close to this location, not even a coffee shop nor a gas station! Need a car to stay there.

The building is in an old crappy neighborhood, it’s much dirtier than it appears in the pictures, there are bugs in the room, the bed is basically just a cot without a headboard, extremely uncomfortable. The AC doesn’t cool off the room, they have central AC but not in the rooms so it gets incredibly hot. The owners knowingly keep the AC at 77/78 degrees and in the rooms themselves it’s between 80 and 90 degrees. Unless you can tolerate the heat, do not stay at this place because you will be miserable. The owners were rude and refused to refund me even for the nights I hadn’t stayed yet and I was forced to find another place to stay that was more livable.

The bes was not too confortable.

1. I would strictly recommend this place for a 1-2 night stay max at budget price (not more than that unless you're totally concerned about the budget not suiting if you go elsewhere) 2. Great location - You can reach any part of Miami (except South Beach) in few mins 3. Parking was available inside the apartment premises which is great if you get your own/rented vehicle 4. Decent room for 2 night stay 5. You can leave your luggage in the living room if you reach the place earlier than your check in time (owner is good with that) 6. Decent kitchen & has good amount of basic items in the fridge (you can make yourself a quick breakfast if needed)

Don't get me wrong, I had a decent stay but there were flaws which I could manage for a day or two (not 100% sure, but I would like to mention that from the research I did, I think I got the best room out of the ones available in the apartment & they had these issues) - 1. The bed was not a sturdy cot, it was more like a bedframe with a squeaky noise and a mattress over it - it was not a matter of concern for me, but just felt this could have been better 2. The shower faucets lacked power, it was a poor water outlet - this needs to be fixed 3. Was not allowed to check in till 3pm even though the room was available at 2pm & had requested early check in when I had reached in the morning - had to wait in the living room (This did not bother me but looks like the owner is strict on timings) 4. Air conditioning is centrally controlled & the thermostat is locked, not accessible to anyone. This is at times annoying because it used to get extremely hot & we couldn't be in the room - used to feel suffocated. The temperature was kept at 75-78 and this is Miami, not sure what the owner thought about this.
