בתוך הדירה הכל די סביר אבל לא יותר

מיקום גרוע, מפחיד ביותר, שכונה שממש לא הייתם רוצים להסתובב בה בלילה (גם לא ביום). כמה פעמים באמצע בלילה ניסו לפתוח לנו את הדלת (פחד!). שומעים כל צעד ותזוזה של השכנים, או של מי שנמצא במדרגות. סרט אימה... המארחת סירבה לתת לנו לבצע צ'ק-אין יותר מאוחר משעה 21:00, ולכן היינו צריכים לשנות תכניות - שזה כמובן טפשי ביותר, כי היינו צריכים רק לאסוף מפתח מכספת קטנה באמצעות קוד, אז מה זה משנה בכלל? לא ענתה לטלפונים - בקיצור הבנו שהבחירה שלנו ממש היתה גרועה. התמונות צולמו בדירות אחרות, כנראה שקיבלנו את הדירה העלובה מכולן (מספר 7). שימו לב, מדרגות עץ מחרידות, אפשר בקלות ליפול וקשה לעלות עם מזוודות.

Apartment was beautiful and clean

Booking.com does not mention on the property page but owner will ask you for 100€ as deposit and will be refunded after your checkout. In my case I got my refund after 2 days

Rooms, bath,

it was a complete disappointment. one of the bed linen was used and not changed and the others were not clean looking. I searched for a parking spot for an hour but couldn't find it. I was able to park in a closed car park 1.5 km away for 20€ per night. you must also pay an extra tax of 3 € per person with a deposit of 100 €. It would be better and logical to stay in a nice hotel with the money you will pay here. I mistakenly made a reservation thinking it was a hotel, I wanted to cancel it, but I had to because they didn't give a refund. The building is not safe at all.

very narrow stairwell

Perfect location closeby the main train station, the main shopping street & loads of (ethnic) supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Apartment had everything you could need: not too big but perfect if you’re here for a short stay and we still had fun with the tv with Netflix & Prime when we weren’t out on the town. Communication with the owner went smoothly & quickly & they answered all my questions.

We did have to do a deposit via bank transfer which was odd, but was refunded (in full) on the day we checked out. If you’re clean & don’t destroy the apartment, you don’t have to worry about not getting it back. Kitchen could’ve had a little more stuff - bare minimum so was okay, but nothing more than the basics. A little noisy although that mostly wasn’t the apartments fault — mostly street noise (loads of sirens, car horns & the tram stop right outside) but the fridge made a weird buzzing noise.

Exceptional value for money

The separate bank transfer for city tax (outside of Booking) was a little inconvenient and wasnt mentioned very clearly on the property page.

Excellent location, responsiveness of the provider

Very big place, with a big and well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom + 3 bedrooms, good wifi, very clean, and extremely close to the central station. Overall, good value for money !

The main issue was the noise transmitted through the ceiling : when neighbours upstairs were walking or jumping, you could hear it very clearly from the bedroom. Luckily they stopped shortly after midnight. I got a bit scared by the deposit of 100 euro / night (almost twice the booking price), but the owner was very correct and returned the entire deposit the same day. The check-out time at 10:00 is maybe a bit too early, but I wanted to visit the city, so no big deal.

Super central and close to everything and some great amenities. Would really recommend for couples or friend groups travelling!

A large space, close to the center, warm, ideal for groups of people for a short stay.

It was not clean at all (insects in the living room). The deposit thing required after booking is quite bizarre and uncomfortable. Bare that in mind before choosing this apartment.

The apartment was clean and cozy, and there was a lot of space. We had everything we needed for a good stay. The location is great, it's near the train station and the center of the city can also be reached by foot. Totally recommended

You can easily hear the sounds if your neighbors are loud. However, we did not have any problems since ours were mostly quiet Wifi was fast, but it stopped working the last day we were there. It was two hours before our departure, so we didn't have time to tell about it, it wasn't a big deal
