Very clean apartment.
Location is very good only couple minutes walking to nearest tube - northern line. Approx. 15 min walking to Liverpool street train station.
Restaurants literary under the window.
WiFi was good. Washing machine older, but did the job right. Elevator was handy for toddler in a pushchair.
Photos show "mix of different apartments". Photos = modern apartments. Apartment we were in was much older, mold between tiles in the bathroom (although very clean otherwise).
Every morning sat, sun, Monday someone was (I presume small child) stomping over our head before 6AM. You could hear all those steps above, but it is what it is. It's not detached house, OK.
TV was old and had only two channels working. No Netflix option.

Det var en litt moderne leilighet uten teppegulv. Det var heis og leiligheten ligger nært buss, undergrunnsbane og en liten butikk med et ok utvalg.
Når vi kom til leiligheten var kjøleskapsdøren ødelagt, det kom noen å Finset den dagen etter på de som fikset kjøleskapet hadde ikke lukket inngangsdøren skikkelig så den sto åpen når vi kom. Sengene er utrolig harde og putene er helt flate og harde. Sengen vi hadde på det ene rommet var helt løs i skruene så man kunne ikke bevege seg uten at hele sengen flyttet seg fra side til side, den knirket også. Sengene er også veldig korte og små. Når man er to voksne mennesker forventer man en normal dobbelt seng på 180x200cm.
Det er ingen aircondition i leiligheten så vi måtte ha alle vinduene åpne gjennom natten da det ble ekstremt varmt der inne. Dette førte til dårlig søvn da naboene i de andre leilighetene rundt bakgården bråket mye. Det kjører også ambulanser forbi hvert 10 minutt med full sirene. Selve bygget er kjempe lytt og man hører alle som kommer og går som er forferdelig irriterende når man skal sove på natten. Når vi hadde vinduene oppe begynte det også å stinke hasj inn i leiligheten da det sto mange mennesker å røyker dette uten for. Veggene i leiligheten tror jeg ikke har blitt vasket på flere år, man kunne se veggen gå fra hvit til grå. Lenestolen i stuen var lik som sengen da den også var ekstremt løs i skruene og man kunne ikke bevege seg mens man satt i den da det føltes ut som alt skulle falle sammen. Toalettet trekker nesten ikke ned, man må virkelig legge inn en innsats for å få trekt ned så mye som et papir. Dusjen er bare en regndusj uten håndholdt dusj. Dusjen spruter over alt utenom på deg slik at du må tørke opp hele badet etter du har dusjet. Temperaturreguleringen på dusjen er kjempe hard og nesten umulig å justere på. Mens vi har gått til og fra busstopp osv har vi ikke følt oss trygge
Føler ikke vi har fått valuta for pengene her. Vil ikke anbefale leiligheten og spesielt ikke til familier.

Hay que buscar la llave en otra parte además si no llegas a las 8 pm te cobran 50 libras adicionales eso me parece algo ilógico además si llevas maletas tienes que pagar un uber que te cobra 30 libras al destino
Yo Llegue a las 8 pm y me toco pagar las 50 libras y el uber hasta el apartamento Luego te piden un depósito de 300 Libras que a la fecha no me lo acreditan a mi tarjeta la verdad es el peor servicio que he tomado una mala experiencia.
No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

La zona es muy buena. Tienes todo tipo de servicios. Locales muy bien ambientados para tomar algo. La conexión del transporte muy buena, tanto en bus como en metro.
La caldera hacia demasiado ruido. A nosotros no nos importó, pero podría llegar a ser molesto para mucha gente.

That you collect the keys in a building in Camden and not met at the property by the agent . Most others agents do this and should be implemented as it’s the last thing you need after a long travel .

Furniture was old and dirty. Shower was clogged and could not use it. Curtain rail was broken.

Location was ok. Curtain Rd is close to everything we needed. However the apartment address was meant to be Hoxton Square which is where we wanted to be and why we booked this apartment. When we collected the keys we were then given the address of curtain road.
Location was different to what we booked.
Apartment was very unclean. Long hair all over the floor. Dusty appliances, a smelly mop and bucket left in the bathroom made the entire apartment stink. The main bed in the bedroom was not big enough for 2 people so one of us slept on the fold out lounge in the lounge room. No bathroom soaps or amenities. The door lock was very rigid and hard to open and close. The floors were stained, the kitchen bench tops were stained. The whole apartment generally felt unclean.
We bought this to the attention of bookings.com by telephone and they assured me that they would resolve this with the landlords. No response was received.
One of the pillows was yellow and the walls were all stained.

The customer service was lousy. We had to pick up the keys from a place 20 minutes by tube in a different zone from the property. We were charged a late check-in fee, we had to pay a damage deposit, the floor was dirty and the property cleaned without care, and we had to make our own beds and sofa beds up with single covers when there are double beds. There were insufficient towels and pillows, The flat has modern decor which is impractical for sleeping (blinds do not provide any darkness for the early rising sun in summer, the smoke alarm beeped all night and we got no sleep on the first night. Communication with the host via the bookings app and their WhatsApp number was met with little care. EG A request for the smoke alarm to be fixed and consideration for some compensation for our lack of sleep was met with a response of "this is not our responsibility - did you not disconnect it yourself" within a flat with high ceilings and guests coming from Australia where smoke alarms in rental/holiday lets have to be wired into the electric). Comments about the cleanliness were totally ignored and no one was sent to clean the floor and sink.
The photos here look nothing like the accommodation we stated in. Be very weary and look up smartflatslondon on other sites and read reviews there too.
I would encourage people to look elsewhere and read the fine print if they can find it.

I have stayed in Booking.com places all over Europe and Australia and this was by far the worst place. When requesting a refund of some or part of the accommodation fees for the first night's lack of sleep with the smoke alarm we were met with contempt and a comment about how London is expensive when I told them we had stayed for 6 nights in Europe for less than we were paying with them for 3 nights. London might be expensive but that does not mean cleaners can not do their job, towels sufficient for the group can not be provided, blankets and sheets which fit the beds are not available and reasonable requests for a reduction of accommodation fees when you can not sleep because of a beeping smoke alarm should not be met with at least some acceptance of responsibility.

1. I didn’t get informed that the apartments were at two different locations, only sent one address.
2. Didn’t get informed that we would be needing £500 deposit in cash on the day of key collection.
3. A man claiming he was maintenance tried to get in the door of first apartment when one of the girls was staying there alone. I was not informed of any maintenance visit during our stay. Spoke to office and they were unaware of the visit.
4. Same situation happened at apartment 2 at different location when only one girl was in the apartment. Two men were messing with the locks on the door trying to get into the apartment. They claimed that they were there to clean the windows. Again I was not informed of any maintenance visits for this apartment. These incidents made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Especially since it happened at two different locations. Felt as though we were being watched/followed.
5. Mouse found in apartment 1 at Hoxton road. After mouse found, several mouse traps were found under sofa bed. We was not made aware of the mouse traps and I find this to be very unhygienic and dangerous.
6. Was not made aware of the ridiculously loud boiler that sounded like base vibrating the apartment all through the night. Several girls had to switch apartments due to this.

8. When reporting these issues to the office, they were reluctant to take any responsibility for these issues, claiming they had nothing to do with it.

The location was good. Decent sized apartment for the 3 of us. Kitchen had a good selection of appliances.

There was a mouse in the kitchen which maintenance failed to deal with. We were harassed to buy crack cocaine outside 😳😳

The apartment itself was way larger and prettier than we expected. The living area was comfy and large. It was a good place to live for a big group of friends. Also a good pretty convenient location.
Getting the keys from a different location. They sent a huge message after I booked, which I skimmed through. Once I reached the apartment I called the reception was was told they were located in an entirely different area. Imagine 8 people lugging huge bags from Shoreditch to Camden just to get the keys and come back. They should have a clearer warning as to where the customer should come first.

The best location. Cool apartment.
The reception desk is far away from the apartment. The apartment was clean on the surface but it definitely needs to be deep cleaned or even renovated. There wasn’t soap nor extra toilet paper. The beds were so uncomfortable that the whole group had difficulties getting a full night sleep.

The location was perfect. Nice neighborhood and good connection with the city. Although there was just one room and the living for 5 people, it was very comfortable and with a good distribution.
They told us it was a residential building and ask us not to do noises or parties (on NYE), but every night there were parties on different flats.
They forgot to leave the coffee machine, until the last day almost at checkout hour it the day we received a new one :O
Also as everyone mentioned the office with the keys is not close to the flat, maybe they can sort a different way to do the check in.
The pictures are not exactly in the flat, I think they have different flats on the same area, but for sure is the same style.

There has never ever been a worse experience than this one when entering in an apartment I booked for vacationing.
I booked apartment B8 from this complex, and was charged 50 pounds as a cleaning fee for a moldy-like tap in the bathroom, a dirty and at certain places ripped pull out couch we were supposed to be sleeping on (and of course the sheets provided for this were also stained and filthy), almost greasy kitchen drawers, a disgustingly dirty oven and crumbs in the fridge, not to mention the floors which had not been swept up or wiped down.
Of course, another issue arose when we saw the apartment had one bedroom, but when we booked, it said two, not mentioning it did not look anything like the pictures.
Perhaps these things might have been overlooked had it not been for what is irrevocably the most unprofessional, rude and unpleasant receptionists we have ever encountered, who, for one, looked as if he had absolutely no clue about what he was doing, shown in the way he operated the check-in and talked to us, and how he apparently thought questions like 'Is he your sister's boyfriend or husband or almost husband?" and other such personal questions about us were apparently completely appropriate.
The worst of all, however, was the mice, and mice feces.
If you are thinking of staying in London, this is the last place you should look at.

The appartement was very big and spacious, especially the living room. The location is also well located because restaurants and shop not far. The wifi worked well.
To be honest a lot of things displeased us.
First of all, very complicated to collect the keys for check-in. Then the apartment was not located at the given address. It was an another address. How is it possible ?! Luckily the other address wasn't too far. Then, impossible to open the door of the apartment. It was very difficult but we succeeded after 20min.. we even had to disturb the neighbors...
Moreover, the sinks were clogged, the water was coming up very quickly. We only had two miserable rolls of toilet paper for 5 people. Linens were also missing and no shower curtain. Also, the beds were very small.

Offsite key collection was a mission. Office didn’t open until 11am and telephone calls went unanswered. So, after an international flight and 14hours of travel we were out in a freezing London with 4 children and nowhere to leave our luggage. When office opened we could safely leave luggage there, however we needed to book an Uber XL and pay for additional trains to get ourselves and luggage to the apartment. Offsite key collection is just inconvenient and added to our expenses. While the apartment itself is lovely, basic cleaning essentials and kitchen utensils were not supplied from dish clothes, to spatulas and cutting boards.
