I particularly liked the decor, also the room was a good size, with decent coffee machine. We went to the bar in the evening and there was a good selection of drinks and friendly staff. In the morning I went to gym, which was well equipped, then my daughter and I went for a swim and again lovely decor and nice size pool. We didn't want a full breakfast were able to go to the bar and order a smaller one.

This was our landing spot for our trip to Europe and our first time in London. It was spot on. Staying in Holborn suited us and the hotel is only a few blocks from the underground. (Right near the station are multiple good coffee shops and we ate cheap, traditional English breakfast multiple days at Shakespeare's Head just past the station with plenty of seating and beer on tap even before noon). The room was exceptionally large for Europe, and the shower a bit bigger than other locations we stayed. The bar/lobby area was wonderful and definitely a bonus to this hotel, we had late night drinks and desserts after long days listening to a very chill (and not loud) dj. We were a bit worried one night coming back as you could hear loud pumping music from the rooftop bar (which was only ok, downstairs is actually much better just doesn't have the view), but as soon as we exited the elevator into the hallway, you couldn't hear a thing, and definitely not once inside our room either. The beds were very comfortable and we had a nice view as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our first time in the lobby bar we had to wait quite awhile for our drinks, but this was only because the poor bartender had accidentally broken a glass and was cleaning up thoroughly- luckily no injury to said bartender and gave us all of our drinks for free for waiting patiently! When we gave her a cash tip later she tried to refuse. There is water provided at the front desk for guests, tea and biscuits and espresso in the room each day. It was clean and tidy. The only complaint is there was a bit of water damage outside of the bathroom along the wall, we guessed because most bathrooms we had in Europe are not equipped with fans/vents and this one did not have a window either. As is typical, you can hear the people above you walking around, but it wasn't excessively loud. We would definitely stay here again.

Malé, ale pěkné a dobře vybavené pokoje, Nespresso kávovar a denně doplňované kapse a mléka. Litrová lahev vody v ceně. Zajímavé dekorace, moderně koncipovaný hotel. Skvělá dopravní dostupnost, v blízkosti centra. Pokud byli ve vedlejších pokojích hosté, vůbec jsme je neslyšeli. Ač jsou okna na rušnou ulici, kupodivu jsme se vyspali velmi dobře.

Pokoje jsme měli objednané vedle sebe. Ve skutečnosti byl jeden na 1. patře a druhý na 8. patře! V koupelně nefugnovala ventilace. Okna vedou na velmi rušnou ulici. Nefungoval automatický check-in a check-out.

Great location with everything you need on site.

The fire alarm did go off several times in the night, the staff apologised and offered complimentary drinks. This was due to a technical fault.

loved the room and the hotel decor - the bar is stunning too. Really funky decor which was a pleasant surprise.

Loved the finer details available e.g. sweets on arrival, flavoured water, popcorn, Photo Booth, etc. Comfortable room- great for a group of 3 friends travelling! Very close to underground station

Amazing location, we made most of our city trips by walk. Rooms have openable windows and an amazing shower. Check-in/check-out was super fast and the staff at the reception was very helpful.

Cleaning could be better, we had a lot of dust in the room when we were leaving. Because of the amazing location (close to Soho), the street was pretty loud.

Loved the modern vibe, location, and the staff! Great choice as a hotel!

Excellent location, so close to Holborn tube station which is on the Picadilly and Central lines. Hotel is very 'cool,' lovely atmosphere. Room was spacious and very clean, couldn't fault it.

It was noisy, not the hotel itself, we didn't hear noise from the bars but as it is on a busy road we were woken by passing traffic and sirens during the night, it is the only negative about the hotel.

The customer service and delivery across the entire hotel was exceptional. Thw management team went the extra mile to make the birthday surprise gift perfect Thank you NYX Holborn, we'll be back.

Can't fault the place, our stay/experience was excellent.

Location is perfect. So close to the west end and tube stations. Easy walking distance to most things. Loved the style of the hotel. The art was great. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean.

So firstly I had to ask 4 times for another tea sachet in my room as I was only given 1. After 4 tries I gave up and never got my tea. The mini bar and snacks felt like a sneaky way to try and get you to buy extras without it being clear they weren’t complimentary. I was only given 1 pair of slippers in my room despite there being 2 of us, and one of the robes was tiny. Also very well worn. The gym and spa was good but the TVs in the gym didn’t work as they weren’t connected to the internet. There was also no fan or air con in the gym - it was in the basement and stiflingly hot. Lastly the staff could have been friendlier, they seemed to be a bit annoyed when you asked them something. When I said I had asked 4 times for tea they didn’t apologise (and I still didn’t get it) Breakfast was decent but no dairy free options other than soya milk. No veggie sausages or vegan yogurt.

The staff were amazing, helpful, polite, and problem solvers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to London. The room was huge for a hotel room. The location is superb; we reached our favorite spots within a 15-minute walk. For those who prefer not to walk, the underground station is just a 4-minute walk away

I love Margaritas, I love cocktails.. Unfortunately, they weren’t good at all. The food was moderate. One would expect better food and cocktails in such a beautiful hotel.

The spa is nice and the location is great.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms, are a bit small.

Friendly staff and a very clean environment. Good buffet breakfast with fresh egg bar inc. omelettes. Bright, contemporary feel.

Food at the bar was a little slow coming, although fresh when it did.

The card machine at reception was faulty with any card from Barclays which was embarrassing as it showed it as declined. Staff quite abrupt asking for another card but I suggested using the one at the bar as that one worked okay. It was the same when we checked in on the Friday that they needed to collect a £1 to open room account but when it declined they said we couldn’t have anything from the minibar. If recognised problem with Barclays they should get it sorted as made it feel like it was my problem

Everything was great here! will definitely stay here again. Location is great too! Super near a tube station. Hotel services and Staff is awesome and great! overall my most favourite stay throughout my trip in the UK :)
