The ad misses the part where there methadone clinic is just done the street, there's a homeless person who lives in the doorway woth an encampment across the street. You will be welcomed wiru drug deals on the corner and people trying to enter the property randomly. Doors locked is a must. The addicts upstairs have a habit of pulling the fire alarm at 3am which i was informed by the fire department upon my arrival. Assingle female traveler i left the property within the first day. Located closely to downtown. Local Giant Tiger, Tim Horton's and Dollar store close by. Not a pictureesque area but the interior was great. Clean, comfortable bed and kitchen. Couch not the most comfortable but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The place is clean, well maintained and worth the price. The location isn't ideal for families but other than that it's a steal.
