It is located in nice modern building and it provides access to the Beach of Savoy Hotel
We couldn’t check in at 15 because house keeping wasn’t responding, no one knew if the unit is ready, there were no keys. We were walking three times from one tower to the other because reception didn’t know where is our unit. It’s condo so reception, housekeeping and owners are 3 different things and communication is very poor. Very poor communication with the owners - we requested early check out and didn’t receive a reply for 5 days. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very dirty and in washing mashing there was some old stinky laundry still. For those money there wasn’t even a floor towel so whole bathroom was wet after every shower.

I wasn't made aware it was prepaid wi-fi so we used it up first night streaming films - very minor point

Perfect as my first time! This is our second time and very satisfied! Very clean and spacious. The view is nice. The lady who helped me for the check in was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay in Mactan Cebu. Everythibg is near and accessible! From the Supermarket, restaurant, atm machines, fastfoods and many more!

The condo was really great! clean room and fresh,very accommodating staff. Everything was just great and near from everything you need! Amenities are perfect for my vacation!

no access to gym, limited access to pool, beatles in the room, no checkin first day, wifi failed many time

the apartment was clean the owner is really helpful and supportive. the cleaner who introduced us to the condo was super nice. the interior is great especially the beds. the huge outdoor pool is awesome.
Onboarding:the onboarding in the lobby needs to be improved. they asked me to hold my passport for the time of stay which I denied. a photocopy was not enough for them.
Pool area: when we wanted to use the huge outdoorpool in 5th floor the staff don't let us in there. after long discussion they said we can go there but only 20min because they have then break time at 12. this wasn' mentioned at the onbaording nor on the offer in booking
especially regarding the apartment: the tv did not work due to a missing antenna adaptor. also the big waste dump area in the 5th floor outside the balcony wasn't mentioned in the offer. the bathtub sink was partially blocked so the water needs 15min to drain. the battery for the aircon was empty so we couldn't turn the aircon off at our last days of the stay
