Nothing and here is why. Because I booked for a Friend that suddenly became homeless and gave my credit card for the booking the deposit and for Incidentals but they would not let her stay without her own credit card so I ask them to cancel it but they charged me the 6 day rental anyway even though they would not let her stay.
The whole experience was awful.
