I booked 1 room with 2 twin beds. I saw 2 separate small beds. First bed has human hairs under the blanket. Second bed has claret red spots. The room was full of dust. As if it wasn’t used or cleaned for months after the last cleaning. Still you make up the bed for next customer without washing the sheets. Second night shower drain couldn’t discharge the water and the shower water leaked inside the room. I haven’t seen anything like this in 3 continents I traveled. The door in the hall where you reach rooms from the stairs and lift was not closing silently. It was closing with a loud noise which means you woke up every time a customer or somebody entered the hall at 1 am, 3 am, 5 am, 6 am and so on. I couldn’t sleep at all.

Location is perfect for all types of activities in the city center.

The stairwell apparently gets cleaned with bleach to desinfect the place and it smells accordingly. The cleanliness of the rooms is not always top (found strangers hair at each stay) and the equipment as for example the hangers could be improved with very little effort.

In city center - good shower - the friendly ladies in the morning

There is no aircirculation system in the room. So, to get some fresh air you can only open a small window. That makes the room very noisy at night. The only extra stuff in the room you get is towels, a bit of soap and toiletpaper. The guy at the desk when we arrived was more interested in his phone.

Upon arrival we were met with really nice and polite stuff. Only positive thing I can say regarding this hotel.

Wen we came back in the evening there was no hot water to take a shower and air condition was really loud. Really disappointed.

the hotel is not as advertised. sometimes there is no hot and sometimes cold water, there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the rooms, so when it is sunny in the room it is like in a sauna. cleanliness is not quite up to par, the sanitary facilities are small. there are no additional contents except a bench in front and a shop next door, but it served us

Hotel is in a good location & right beside a Spar and lots of choices for restaurants. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Option for late check out at an extra cost is good.

This was barely a 3 star hotel. When we arrived we went upstairs to sleep and realised the sheets and pillowcases were damp! There was a desk fan which I put on but I was reluctant to touch the buttons because they were black with grime and dirt - not a week or two worth of dirt - it had likely never been cleaned. We pulled back the bed sheets and there was hair all over the bed. We complained to reception and the staff were nice and let us choose a new room to see was it an acceptable standard which was great, however really we shouldn’t have to check if the rooms are acceptable and I don’t know how I’d feel about other people being in my room beforehand to check the cleanliness of it. Nevertheless the second room was decent, and cleaner, but we didn’t look too hard. There was random hangers from different shops in the rooms which really made it feel more like a fancy hostel than a 3 star hotel. No drinking glasses and the reception desk just had paper cups. Lots of building work going on. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about hair in the beds so I think it is time the management review whoever they contract to clean the sheets..

Bathroom was ok. Location.

Got locked out of floor on checkin. Took about 2 hours to get access. Guy called manager who really could not be bothered due to time. Left my jacket in room and this was not handed in. So obviously stolen by someone.

heat did not work in our room. provided us a space heater, but was still very cold. no extra blanket were provided upon request.
