This was a palazzo in every sense of the word! What an amazing place. So picture perfect! We were constantly amazed by the space every time we opened the doors. So beautifully detailed. A restoration of an old building which is true to its character, bringing in modernity without compromising the design or comforts. We were away with 2 children for 5 weeks, this has to be the top pick of all our stays.
Our host Marco sent us information on places to visit and dine, nothing was a bother for him. He ensured we were comfortable and was very accommodating. So helpful, thank you Marco.
Special mention to Emanuelle who made sure are rooms were pristine when we came back into our rooms, thank you as well Emanuelle.
We made Messina our base to visit Taormina and surrounding areas. Best decision we made. Location was perfect. Oh and the bar 3 doors up, “Aiello Bar,” the BEST Italian Cornetti in Sicily. We had breakfast there every morning. Thank you to Catia.

We stayed in a beautiful suite with high ceilings and eclectic furnishings and a modern bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with a very kind and friendly cleaner, Emmanuel, who deserves a special mention .
We booked a suite with a double bed and sofa bed - the additional charge for the bed linen for the sofa bed was unexpected. This could be mentioned in the information about the apartment .

Great location, spacious and very clean. Marco was a great host and very responsive. He gave us some great local recommendations for food and things to do. He also organised a taxi for us at a busy time! Emmanuel was also very helpful when we had an issue with the safe and helped us with our bags.

I really enjoyed the stay in 360Me Palace. The host is very helpful and communicative. The apartment is comfortable and very pretty, with typical Italian decor (and high ceiling <3) and newly refurnished, comfortable bathroom. Extra portion of fresh water and coffee every day was a nice touch! There is also a cafe next door :-)
Even with air conditioning, it was still quite warm, but that's hardly anyone's fault - Messina in June is hot!

The interior of the room was amazing, and Marco was very helpful and kind.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, we were able to find and check in easily. The location was good.
Both air conditioners were not working when we were there, and construction was going on right outside our window while we stayed there. This made it a not great experience while we were there, but if these are not issues or fixed in the future I would recommend them.

360Me Palace was the perfect accomodation for our recent, brief stay in Messina. The B&B had a great design, was fabulously furnished and was very comfortable. We were delighted to find a recently installed elevator which made hauling heavy luggage upstairs a breeze. The shared and personal amenities were all modern and well maintained. Host Marco was incredibly helpful and generous. We look forward to revisiting Messina and staying at 360Me in the near future.

Beautifully designed hotel with the wonderful mix of history and contemporary design. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. For us it was an opportunity for quiet relaxation before heading back to North Italy. We were given excellent advice on restaurants, cafes and significant places of interest to visit. Kind and thoughtful hospitality from the people running the hotel.

This is a delightful hotel which has been carefully renovated to preserve its character. It has this intriguing mix of old and new - high decorated ceilings, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Marco was extremely kind and helpful. Showed us good places to eat and helped us with a taxi to station as we had a long train journey ahead of us.

Beautiful renovated historic building with large rooms. Our kids loved it too! Conveniently located close to the Catania airport shuttle. Very kind and caring host that made sure we had an excellent stay! We will definitely return when we are back in Messina.

The host was really helpful. I really helpful - I relieved a message a few days before my arrival, asking if they could be of any help. They provided very helpful transfer advice, and guidance also on my arrival and during my stay. The room was lovely.

The hotel is very beautiful. There is a lot of attention to detail. The staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly. It is a truly unique place.

An excellent location and excellent room. We were involved in an accident in Messina and unfortunately we were injured. The owners went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were comfortable in the room while awaiting travel back to the US. They brought us home cooked food and wine so we could enjoy the New Years. Truly compassionate people.
