This was a great place for a family break. We had two families staying and the house was broken up well for that. Only thing is that one side of the house only had showers and no tub for kiddos but they enjoyed their showers! Kitchen was great with plenty of cookware and space. The location was great! There were plenty of places to eat and walk around and beach close walk. I was able to walk for exercise and felt safe!

The house is very comfortable and a very short walk to the beach, even with little ones. Tiki hut and pool area very nice for once you are back from the beach. TVs in every room and very nice open living/family/dining room. Owners are very responsive, we had a slight issue with the kitchen sink and owner replied in less than 5 min! I highly recommend!

Wonderful house. Outside pool area was amazing. The sun ledge on the pool was great for my grandson to sit and play. It was like having his own private kiddie pool. House had everything we needed. Five adults and an infant. We had plenty of space. We have stayed at multiple different properties and this was definitely one of the best. Beach is close by probably a 3 min walk and the house has a wagon and plenty of beach stuff to make a day at the beach easy. Would definitely come back.

Great house! Clean upon arrival and enough space for our family of 6. The beach is only a 5 minute walk, it was so easy. A wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler were all included to use at the beach. The pool was great. The beds were so comfy. The only thing I would complain would be update the bathroom towels and include extra sets of bath towels/hand towel/washcloth in each bathroom. My boys loved the ping pong/pool table. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby. Great house and location. Would highly recommend!

We are a family of six, and found this home to be perfect for our spring break. A short walk to the beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of seating in and out of the sun, and lovely accommodations in the home itself. This was our first visit to Pompano and we had a blast. Our host Kelly was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd year staying at Kelly's home. It has all of the amenities needed! It is a roomy house for our family of 6. Kelly was very attentive and responded to all of our questions very quickly. The location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and just down the street from the Pompano Pier and restaurants. We especially love the back yard area with the pool, hot tub and hanging under the tiki hut. We looked at other houses in the area, just to mix it up, but had a hard time finding one to meet our needs. We might just return next year.... Thanks to Kelly for being a wonderful host!

This was a perfect spot for a few girlfriends to escape the winter weather, and have some bonding time. There were enough bedrooms, so that we all had our own space. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great. And the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a picture of margaritas, and sit by the pool and hot tub. We walked everywhere we went. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. And a free Uber service to get to shopping. Overall, this was a perfect place for our group, and we will definitely go back!

We had such a nice stay in the house. It had everything we wanted and needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, floor mats, games and entertainment. The pool, hot tub and back patio were great. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The house is amazingly close to the beach, just a quick walk. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We loved Bite Eatery. Would recommend it for families and groups.

Initial impression: Bright, cheery, open, airy, spacious, well appointed, peaceful.
Settling in: Everyone had their own space - One room for me and hubby and one room for each of the kids. Beautiful bathrooms by the way...Nice open living area with pool and ping pong for entertainment. Good sized kitchen. Awesome outdoor space with pool, hot tub and tiki hut! Plenty of seating and loungers for all.
Out & About: Quickly found a Publix a few minutes away to stock up on supplies for the week. Also a nice convenience store at the end of the street. Lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive, and even more if you want to go 10-12 minutes out (Amy's Bakery & DUNE for dinner).
Exploring: We went down to Dania Pointe for shopping, bowling and dinner one day too. Fishing charters are a good idea. There are several to choose from.
The beach: Just across A1A. We rented chairs for the week and the kids went jet-skiing.
Overall, this was just the perfect set up. Kelly was an amazing host. There was everything we needed in the house from umbrellas to a clothes steamer!!! I would definitely stay here again...

We had a great experience staying here for 7 nights. It was a mother/daughter trip of 3 moms and 4 teenagers. We loved how close it was to the beach and the pool/hot tub were so nice! The tiki hut was our favorite place to relax in the evening. It was perfect! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Pompano beach/Fort Lauderdale area.

Absolutely the perfect vacation home for our trip! We had four adults and four kids ranging in age from 4 to 10 and can not think of one thing that could have been improved upon. The backyard space with the heated pool, hot tub and tiki hut sitting area were perfect to hang for the day or after a long day at the beach. The house had everything you could want to make dinner there (even a rice cooker!) as well as super clean/soft linens and beach towels. You can tell Kelly truly cares about her guests experience. The beach is a quick block and a half walk to public access that includes a crosswalk (if you are concerned with kids). We also enjoyed fishing at the park a block away on the inter coastal. Lastly, she was very responsive when we asked for additional time to heat the hot tub on the days it was slightly chillier. Overall, it’s going to be tough to top how perfect her home and location were for our families!

The property is beautiful, clean and both the indoor and outdoor spaces are great. Easy walk to the beach. The home and pool area made us want to stay there instead of spending all of our time at the beach. Owner was very good at communicating and the home is exactly as described. Would definitely rent this property again.

This property was the perfect distance to the beach! Just what we were looking for. Plenty of sleep and live space for 6 adults. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Definitely recommend for proximity to beach! Short drive to Pompano pier and Lauderdale by the sea which is wonderful!

Kelley was so helpful, answering any questions within minutes and everything at the house was set up beautifully from dining table for 8, to Pool chairs and pillows to a shady tiki hut area, to a bunk bed room that was spacious and comfortable for many kids. She even had pull out beds if you needed (we didn’t).
We would definitely stay there again! The backyard was beyond beautiful.

Property was clean. VERY close to beach. Very comfortable. Nice little touches like mini shampoos and conditioner and soap in the bathrooms. Kelly was responsive and communicative. Pool could use a deep basket or vacuum to better clean out leaves from the bottom.

This house was perfect for our group of four adults and four small kids. There was plenty of room and the layout of the house was very convenient. The location is unbeatable -- about 5 mins walking to the beach, and 10 - 15 mins walking (or a couple of minutes driving, parking was easy) to restaurants, shops, the pier. The kitchen had all we needed. The house was very clean and well organized. The best part was the pool! It was the perfect size for both kids and adults, the temperature was wonderful, and the spa was an amazing perk. The house was well stocked with beach towels and toys, which was highly appreciated. The host was responsive and very friendly. We highly recommend this property and would be back as soon as we can!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. The place was equipped with all the necessary items, including beach supplies and kitchen equipment. It was a very short walk to the beach but we spent most of days at the pool and spa, as well as tiki bar. It had enough number of beds which are quite comfy.

We stayed here with our family and a friend's family. We had kids ranging from 10 months to 7 years old. This house was perfect for kids. They loved playing in the pool which had a shallow shelf for kids to stand and play. The tiki hut outside was perfect to sit and hang out without getting too hot. We loved our stay and would for sure rent again!

Great location, very comfortable house
This was such an easy stay. Check in and check out was flawless. Property is literally walking distance, even with kids. A block and a half.
Pool was great for the kids and the ping pong table was a big hit as well.

Amazing space, close to beach, has everything you need!
In April we had a lovely stay here, with two families of four, 4 adults and 4 kids 2-13 years old. The house had everything, tons of beach towels, games for the kids inside, a booster and pack n play. Beach toys and Pool toys to keep the kids busy all day, you won’t need to pack an extra thing. Anytime we needed anything, the house manager responded within a few minutes, no issues with the home but I did request to move the pool heating up in time and this happened instantly! Couldn’t give a better review! We had a great stay and would consider it for next year.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We have two families, both 2 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of space for everyone in the house. We spent the day at the beach and the afternoon/evening in the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our coffee each morning by the pool under the tiki hut~ a great way to start the day. Plenty to do in the area for a short drive or walk. We enjoyed dinner at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (a 5 min drive), or down near the pier.
Kelly was super responsive to any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Winter getaway
We had a great time at this lovely property in Pompano Beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being a block away from the beach and could walk to get almost anything we needed. The weather was quite nice for January so we used the pool and hot tub quite a bit when it was warm out. Kelly was great and we would love to stay here again some day.
