The staff were quick to solve any problems. I loved the fact that I could soak in a bath daily… this was a treat following the game drives

I was first given a newly painted room yet I am allergic to paint… they eventually changed it.

The breakfast was well prepared, but more options and wider variety of foods is expected for the caliber of hotel such as this. As well, the boxed lunch that was prepared was sparce and very poor. Again, with the cost of a stay, the food was lacking.

The food itself was well prepared and tasty. However, the selection was limited and based on cost, this did not match our expectations.

They clearly have agreements with local agencies and they give them better rooms (we were on honeymoon and they sent us to a room with 0 view - not as showed in pictures), better places on restaurants, priority for their guides stay (because they dont have enought room for all guides in the hotel so they send some guides down town to a different place far away). We arrived early and they told our guide they did not have space when they certainly did have because after pushing he stayed there. Also they tried to charge us for drinking water when it is included in service as tap water is not ok to drink. Finally, food is lower quality than other places we stayed, which were cheaper by the way. In short, bad experience, it does not worth the money you pay. Not recomendable

This place is amazing. Great accommodation, nice food and super friendly staff that made our stay absolutely perfect. Perfect location close to Lake Manyara, Arusha and Ngorongoro.

The property had nice views, it is in a good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the road to the hotel was really bad and hard to find. I felt that it was a little over priced for what we received. The drinks were very expensive and the food was average.

The rooms are comfortable. All materials are of good quality and that is rare in this area. Everything is spotless clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

No internet in the rooms. The network in the main hall is not strong enough for several guests at the same time.

We stayed one night after visiting the Ngorongoro crater. Next day we went to Lake Manyara. Very good location close to both spots. The room was big and very comfortable. Excellent shower and bed. Good food.

The floor on the room was slippery.
