it is in a very central location so it was easy to get around.

The location of the property and key boxes need to be better explained in welcome instructions. The property was tidy but there was some dust and particles on the floors so it had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the sofas and a very unpleasant, lingering scent in the en-suite bathroom.

The property was nice. Also spacious with pleasing style and decor. The bed was so comfy!!! It was also pretty clean and it was a very good location.

The balcony door was broken and kept flying.open welcoming us with cold air so the living room was breezy. We were not happy with that. I called.company but they weren't overly concerned which is not acceptable

The apartment truly felt like a home from home. It had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect a short distance from the train station and surrounded by great restaurants. We was never hungry.

Fantastic central location with secure free parking. Better than staying in a hotel as you get a whole apartment to yourselves. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice selection of tea and coffee. Excellent communication with the host. Bathrooms are very smart.

Apartment is in need of a little TLC. Balcony door lock was broken (host did advise us of this before arrival, so hopefully now fixed) and other windows not easy to open. Bed in second bedroom is very creaky. Balcony currently overlooks a huge building site which was noisy during day. Not the host's fault, but would have liked advance warning.

Esther was amazing, the apartment was lovely, super comfy bed. Loved being able to work in the livingroom with the balcony open, hearing the biz from below but it not interrupting my stay. Having the car in a secure parking area was a lovely bonus. Location was perfect for what I needed & it was lovely to park up for the weekend & just stroll to different locations. Great restaurants onsite, close to xscape for activities & more restaurants and not far from the shops either. Would stay again if I was visiting.

I struggled to open the windows but that is my only complaint and may just be because I'm not overly strong.

The apartment was perfect for our family staycation to attend the Grand Prix at Silverstone. My son got the race tickets for his 18th birthday and I must have mentioned this to the Agents as there was a gift and card left for my son on our arrival. A lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed for our base. The weather was amazing and having been out in the sun all day it was great to open up the balcony doors to let some air through the apartment. The evenings were busy outside so we spent time out on the balcony watching people come and go. It was quiet overnight though with no disturbances. There are lots of take aways and restaurants within walking distance which was great but the apartment also had all the facilities to cook too. Lovely big bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Probably one of the best UK apartments we have stayed in. We did have an issue with hot water but the Agents got the problem sorted quickly and the communication with them was excellent. We would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Slight issue of garage door not closing but otherwise everything was great.

I loved the interior design and also the view at night when the city lights come on, very professional host very understanding and lovely deffo will visit again 😊

Excellent location, very comfortable bed. Very clean and mordern looking apartment. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Even allowed me to check in early and waived the cost!

Central heating was a bit hard to figure out.

Really great property in a good location with superb service from the host Esther. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future.
