The hotel entrance way need to improve.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. We had a good size balcony where you could move two chairs out to admire the sea view. Big breakfast buffet with alot of vietnamese options, eggs, bread rolls/spreads and fresh fruit. Easy access to the beach, which had deck chairs allocated to the hotel (although they were wood and not cushioned, so sometimes got a bit hard but you can lay on the sand too). The beach was very clean and good for swimming. Two doors down was a great beach bar where we ate alot, it had brilliant views of sunset. We were a bit nervous before our stay as we had seen a few negative reviews, but we would happily stay again. It was great value for money.

A couple more western options to go on the breakfast bar would be nice (even if it's just some yoghurt or cooked meats). On one of the days it was very busy so took a little longer to clear tables, maybe 1 extra staff member needed for busier days? The other days were fine.

Breakfast was boring same all times. Too noisy surrounding and bed and pillow were uncomfortable.

The location was amazing. It was literally about a minute walk from the hotel lobby to the sandy beach. The beach itself was pretty great too - not too many people, and a bar nearby should you wish to partake in libations. The breakfast buffet was a great perk as well! Although the menu didn't change much during the 5 meals we ate there, the quality was good and they had enough food for everyone.

There weren't anywhere that I saw to hang wet towels, or our swimsuits that we washed. It wasn't a big headache, but a towel rack in the bathroom would have been great.

Where to start? Terrible staff who have an appalling attitude towards customers, check in process took over 40 minutes and they require to keep your id/passport for the whole stay which is extremely bizarre as most places just scan them and hand them back, they even had the audacity to try charge us when we asked for them back. Elevator was dirty. Get to room and the room was filthy, scratches on the tables, stains on the walls, curtains, blinds and even the bedclothes. Two of our group also had ant infestation in their rooms, staffs response was to hand me a can of ant spray and do it myself. Took a whole day for them to change it. Shower was blocked with hair when we checked it and when we reported it the staff accused us of doing it! Staff held a weird grudge against us for calling it out and made the rest of the stay uncomfortable. They even talked about us behind our backs as we eavesdropped on them with a native speaker in our group and stared at us whenever we were in the lobby. Cockroaches in the pool. One of our doors on the ledge wouldn’t close to which the staff responded “ah it’s okay nobody will climb up and try get in anyway” AC wasn’t working in one room. Steer well clear of this place!

poor hygeine, some staff can be rude but not all, they keep your ID, ants on the wall and furniture worn out. When they changed room for us, the girl said give her 5 mins because the room was just finish being cleaned, when we got in,there were still hair in the bathroom and dust on the pillow

I liked the location, and the friendly staff.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The breakfast was okay. They only gave us one key card, even though we’re two. We had to move together at all times.

- Booking website promoted the hotel as the one having a fitness facility but in fact the hotel never had it although I booked it namely due to pool and fitness; - breakfast is modest; - everyday some staff burned something on the beach and the beach has never been cleaned

never changed bed sheets took more than 1h to go through the checkout absence of a fitness room despite it was mentioned as a hotel service

We love it, the backbyard is a peaceful beach. Its good for family with young children.

The hotel facility met our needs. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

We faced problem with the rented car which was recommended by one of the hotel's staff named Thanh Tai. At first, he said our deal price was included the airport send-off with 16 seaters van but after we made payment he said only provide 7-seaters and tried to excuse that 7-seaters was enough for our group of 8 adults and our suitcases. After that, we had to book another 7-seaters for the rest of us to airport, the craziest thing was that finally a 16-seater van come to pick up us but he did not call or msg us to notify us!!!!. We really hope the hotel can see this problem and solve this. This should not have in your such a good hotel.
