This rental was perfect for my family. We love to grill and cook for the group and having three kitchens (fully stocked) was a huge plus. For reference - air fryer, kureg, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, and all of the pots and pans you will need. The back yard area was great - private, offered shaded areas, lots of seating. Having a pool was awesome. Tons of chairs and beach items are provided. The houses were very clean. Now for the negatives, which are by far outweighed by the positives. No hand towels or wash clothes were provid sure that played a role. We quickly noticed that the upstairs wasn’t cooling well. After a quick look at the windows we realized most of them were open slightly at the top. Once we closed them completely and locked them the AC kept the upstairs cool. One thing to note is that these are separate duplexes and are not connected inside. Which was a plus in our situation and offer more privacy. Beach access is great. It is a straight shot from the house which was good for my elderly parents. The homeowner reached out the morning of our arrival and got a list of our favorite drinks to stock the fridge. Who does that??? What a nice gesture and very unexpected. We bring a large group to this area every year and have paid substantially more for less. Taking the cost into consideration, this is easily the best home for the price we’ve ever rented. We will definitely be back.

Had a great vacation. The rental was worn down on the outside. The stove handle in cottage was broke. The pool gate would not laych. The toilet upstairs was leaking sewer into the bottom bathroom. And after all those problems they still cash my deposit check after I had already paid for insurance. I would not recommend this rental company

The house was quite large and comfortable for our family group of 16. The kids loved the pool right outside the back door. The Ocean right across the street with a beach access right in front of the house was so wonderful. Bob was a gracious host that cared about our satisfaction with the house, and we couldn't have asked for any better service from the staff at ODVR.

What a fantastic place to stay, house was clean and beds were comfortable. Could ask for a better location, right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Owner of the house is the owner of the realtor company and stays next door. He and his wife stopped by a couple of times while we were out and would ask if there was anything we needed. We would stay here again if available next time we travel to Myrtle Beach!!!

The house had all we needed. The owner has done a lot of upgrades, it had all we needed. Plenty of room, beds for everyone, very clean and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a coffee and relaxing.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at your beach house during Easter. It was much better than the snow in New England. Check-in was a breeze and located a few blocks from the beach house. The location is perfect! The beach is directly across the street from the house. The owner provided beach chairs, unbrellas and a beach wagon. Usually we have to pack these items when staying at other beach house rentals. We sipped coffee each morning and enjoyed evening cocktails nightly on the large porch. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the second floor porch. The kitchen has everything needed to make family meals and is well-stocked. I Highly recommend this property. The new bathroom is beautiful. We highly recommend renting this house. We plan to return next year!

This house was the perfect location for Thanksgiving with family at the beach! It is comfortable for a group, and easy to maintain when cooking and dining. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and grills we were impressed by their availability had we needed them. ODVR is probably the nicest and most accommodating host we have ever worked with, answering our questions and needs during our stay, and maintaining contact even after office hours. Overall, a great experience!

When we arrived we were greeted by the most professional and polite staff that work at the front desk. We had no issues finding the property as the directions were spot on. Very clean place, the owner offers everything you need for a stay at the beach it is well accommodated. The pool felt amazing, the water was great. Nice to have a pool available and the beach within less than a minutes walk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the best vacation of their life.

Fantastic 4th of July Family Vaca
Fantastic 4th of July Family Vacation for my family & I. It was a vacation for my parents, siblings & our kids. Everyone had a great time!! We rented the top & bottom. We were within walking distance to the beach & the house was equipped anything we needed at the beach. The pool was nice also for those who didn’t want to go to the beach or a late afternoon swim. The grills were convenient to cook for 10 people. Kitchen had any cooking/dish we needed. Everyone was very comfortable & enjoyed our stay!!
