Estadía de sábado a domingo. Una noche horrible. Muchos ruidos desde la calle, música alta, personas gritando o vociferando palabras obscenas.

the location. is in the middle of the city. every place, is near.
since. the day to arrive at the napolitano hotel. the swimming pool area , was in repair(the wholw 15 days of my stay. the pool, is the only recreation area , in the napolitano’s hotel. horrible !

Not my first stay there. Staff were friendly as always and I like the location along the malecon and its easy to get around.
It was a bit pricey than before, but saying that it is December and I know prices have gone up everywhere in general.

Excelent location, staff is great, friendly and always ready to help you to make your stay pleasant. Love the terrace, with the pool and restaurant. Very good breakfast. At night wonderful view, the city is very much alive. The casino is a plus...if you want to have a good time

BUT THE HOTEL IS VERY NOISY....AND IF THERE ARE PARTIES NOT EVEN A LETTER FROM THE BOARD TO ANOUNCE THAT THERE WILL BE NOISE..PARTY..CONCERT..LIVE MUSIC

I wish for the breakfast they would cater to folks that don’t eat pork. maybe try breakfast chicken sausage or turkey sausage or grilled chicken breast maybe turkey bacon.

Excelent view from the Balcony to the ocean front (Malecon)
Horrible furniture, woke up at 6:00am and have shower with very cold water, warm water came at about 7:00am, broken bed, not power outlet next the bed, nightstand not appropiate, too cheap and ugly, , linen and mattress less then expected, there is not a table and chair for you to seat to write someting or just work, poor maintenance of the facility, paint job and floor covering were done very poorly. the facility looks old and not taken care for. The only thing that works is the view to the ouside, period.
