Tardan mucho tiempo en el restaurante para los alimentos

Everything was beautiful. Staff very friendly and the food was delicious with good prices.

I was hoping that I could use the Jacuzzi but was told that I had to make an appointment.

The bed was comfortable and the ac work well, the water was hot.

We’re do i begin… well go on the ratings and check the negative comments about customer service and I can sadly say I agree 100% with does comments; because in that place good customer service does not exist! Not in a minimum. The room safe I was assigned was broke could not lock or close and did not work I reported the situation as soon as I checked in the room, and nothing never happened they did nothing to fix it, after it was brought up to different front desk staff that day, and because of that, every time I when out the hotel, I had to carry my book bag with all my safe items. ( thank God I was only there for 2 days). The girl who received us at checking was beyond rude and unfriendly to say she’s a professional on any level would be a joke: ( I ask for fresh towels and she could not even provide a time frame of when we would get them , never smiled nor had enough home training manners to even stand up when we arrived and greet us ). Let me summarize it like this for the guys if you want a cheap location just to get your rocks off that seems to be the spot, but I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay there who’s looking for at-least basic customer service and professional atmosphere.

La habitación es comoda, el desayuno es rico, tiene otros espacios de interés como la terraza con piscina en el ultimo piso, y el gimnasio.

Me di cuenta que alguien entró a mi habitación se comió dos pasteles que tenía en el refrigerador, se comió unas papas fritas del dia anterior que guardé dentro del microondas y además parece que lo habían usado para calentarlas porque el temporizador estaba pausado, y unas cuantas monedas que dejé en una mesa ya no estaban. Nada más de valor fue tocado ya que las puse en la caja fuerte. Estoy 100% seguro que fue alguien del hotel, yo viajé solo, nadie nunca entró conmigo al hotel, y siempre estuve fuera todo el día. Preguntaron a la persona que hace limpieza, pero nunca supieron quien fue. La verdad solo esperaba unas disculpas y una explicación del culpable, pero nadie supo quien fue. Esto me molestó porque el hotel debe ofrecer seguridad, debe saber quien es su personal quien trabaja ahí y asegurarse que esto NUNCA pase. Esta vez fueron cosas sin valor, pero pudo ser peor. Ya no me sentia comodo dejando comida ni nada que pudieron robar o tocar. Luego de yo poner la queja con el hotel nunca me volvieron a hacer limpieza en la habitación.... Por ultimo, el ultimo dia se quemó el calentador y todo el cuarto estaba lleno de humo. Primera vez que me pasan estas cosas en un hotel.

Amazing pool, decent gym, and the room was nice.

The view out of my room was not great overlooking a roof with a lot of crap on the adjacent buildings roof.

Fast check-in. Appartment are in life as they are in photos ! Well Equipped, comfortable bed Breakfast, both dominican or Continental are very good View from the terrace is very nice. Only 300 m from the underground station. Nice to go running in the morning on the malecon

The bathroom was not super clean, though it was acceptable. I had a room in front of the casino. I was worried by the noise but finally was ok I needed a fiscal invoice and it took me more than 20 minutes to obtain it while doing the checkout, evnthough the previous evening I had given all necessary information

Only Breakfast

This is the first and last time I will ever stay at this location. The customer service at Lincoln Suites is terrible. The receptionist are rude and very unfriendly. I stayed at the property for almost two weeks. The last week of my stay I had no hot water to shower. I told the receptionist and it never got fixed. I also informed them the toilet paper handle was broken, also that water was leaking from somewhere around the tub. They would always say....yes we will send someone to look at it but they NEVER DID. They are also very cheap...I practically had to beg for toilet paper. I ended up buying my own paper because it's embarrassing to be denied toliet paper for your necessities. Management you must do better. Train your workers to be more polite and treat your guest better.

Location close to highway and the Malecon. Good staff

My trip to Santo Domingo was made even better because of my stay at the Lincoln Suite. The room was very clean, very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and professional, I will definitely come and stay here again.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Clean, proximity to the Caribbean, majority of the staff very helpful and friendly, Carol was especially helpful. Breakfast was also very good, although the timing was not very punctual.

We were on the 7th floor, just below the washing machine(s) for the hotel. These ran from 7:00 am until 9:30 pm every day. We also had one issue with unclean sheets, but this was fixed immediately. The location was not very convenient regarding restaurants and shopping. Having an Uber account was very helpful.

The breakfast, location, gated parking, gym, and rooftop pool were amazing. Kitchen was great. no pests. air conditioning worked well. shower had good water pressure. doors were secure.

The building was nice and very well kept. It was decently quiet except we could hear the washing machines going through the day on Saturday. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size.

Not having a TV in the living room made us have to spend the majority of time in the bedroom. The sofa was also extremely uncomfortable so we ended up just using the living room for our suitcases.
