It had a bidet - perfect for Asian groups! Bbq, covered area was great, inspirational for my future home :)

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Immaculately presented. Kitchen equipment was well thought through. Communication was outstanding.

There were guests in the upstairs apartment that were quite loud (foot traffic and music) which made the setting less tranquil for our quiet family. But was able to communicate with the owners who contacted the other party to turn down the bass in their music :) I asked if I could go and speak with them but they too care of everything.

Loved it! Beautiful home! Good communication with host! Great to have a washer/dryer. A great start to our vacation on the North Island! Excellent location to get to Cape Reinga and Tane Mahuta! Sorry we had to leave, but travels beckoned us onward.

It said there has BBQ and turn out I have to wait for the next day to have it because the one lived above us using it. After I requested again on the next day they only gave me a tiny one not a proper BBQ. This house definitely not a proper apartment. Its only a restructure the bottom floor to a flat. You can hear clearly what happens on upper floor guests. If you like noisy others people family situation. This is a perfect house. Whether you are inside or outside of the house. You still can hear others conversations. I don’t think it match the peaceful environment. The price of the house is far too expensive for this condition. Our family is very upset and frustrated with the situation. I won’t recommend this house at all. Thanks for unforgettable stay.

Very modern, very cosy and stylish. Nice touches, birds singing everywhere!

It was very humid during the night but the heat pump was on "drying" mode and kept us very comfortable.

Beautiful location in a garden full of birdsong. Great facilities, some nice extra touches, loved the outdoor dining space.

Fantastic little flat in the middle of a fully fenced subtropical garden and so many birds. You don't expect this slice of paradise with a bit of view when coming down the road and driveway but here it is. The interior is very modern, fully equipped with comfortable beds and soft towels. We were the first guests here but you can tell Mikayla and Dan have been doing this for a while with their bigger apartment. Thank you guys for this last minute stay and for your awesome hospitality!
