Bedrooms need updating. Curtains hanging off rail, chips out of walls etc.

Breakfast was First Class with a wide selection. Staff made sure replenishments were made promptly when required and were very polite and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good as well. I didnt have time for a proper breakfast but they had a variety of sandwich materials and other food (although I did not spot any warm food). The location is also good, as it is roughly 17min by walk from the station through the old town and main old town parts are also 5-10min walk away.

While it is already understood from the pictures that it is a bit of an older building, which I did not mind, the walls are very thin. I only stayed there for 1 night and the other quests were not particularly loud, however I could hear through the walls if someone coughed, used the hair dryer, sang a song, and 2 people talking (it did not seem that their voices were raised but the walls were just thin).

Not used to not having air-conditioning - guess we are spoiled - but it all was very good.

no real dislikes, for light sleepers it can be a little noisy at times with late night revellers outside and church bells in the morning. but that didn’t bother us.

Fantastic location! Close to the center of a beutiful, green town - a town with a long history and a very young population - I learnt that there is 60 000 students in Münster (of a total polulation of around 400 000)!

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The latter was fairly modern although rather compact. There was an honesty box type of arrangement for snacks/drinks which is a nice idea, although I didn't use it. The window was openable which helped regulated the room temerature.

I know this is a German hotel, however I specifically booked the 'International' as I thought they would be used to international guests, however I quickly found out there was no English speaking staff on duty when I checked in. The hotel is unstaffed after dark, which is a new experience to me, but it didn't cause any issues for me either. The room was rather basic and small, but it was adequate as a base for a night as a solo traveller. I'm not sure I'd want to stay here with a family. No air conditioning, but I knew that before travelling.

It was wonderful, The hotel staff was more than wonderful. They were loving and smiling. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The location is close to everything. The hotel is excellent and I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything

Everything excellent, wonderful people, friendly very helpful and accommodating.

Bfast was great, kinda german bfast with liver sausage(must try!), cheese, with yummy german brotchen. Staff are nice and friendly, great location!

The breakfast was marvellous: varieties of cheese and sausages (salami, ham) to make sandwiches, the bread was always fresh and warm with different options. I enjoyed the fruit and yogurt. There was lso some cake and sweets to have your coffee with. The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. A lot to like.

The walls were a bit thin, you could hear the people in the room next to you (tv-sounds etc.). When in Münster, the church bells are of course a bit noisy - not before 7 in the morning, luckily. The wifi-connection was not strong enough to hold up a video call.
