The house was beautiful and neighborhood was great! We had some issues getting the code to work but besides that everything was perfect ◡̈

Our stay there was very nice this house had everything you needed to be comfortable we would stay here again.

The fridge was dirty, the floors were dirty, the garbage cans outside were full as well

I was a nice set up, the house is big and the pool was the highlight for my grandkids. The only down side,
I am sorry to say, was the floor. it was dirty and my grandkids like being barefooted. Other than that, it was a great experience, spending time with the family, barbecuing, cooking together and going to the beach as well.

The house is located in a fine area - great walk to the beach and Publix.
However the house is definitely dated. The shower curtain needs to be replaced in shared bathroom. The bath mats are a hazard as are all of the rugs in the house. You should get a rug for the entryway. And install bath fans in the bathrooms.
With some TLC and fresh paint the house would be a lot more pleasant

We had such a great time in Pompano Beach. Quiet neighborhood perfect for a relaxing weekend! The house was perfect location to the beach and in walking distance to the Christmas parade - an unexpected surprise! We hope to be back again!

House was good for our needs. Close to family for the holiday. Pool was heated which was awesome for thanksgiving weekend. Plenty of space for our family of 6.

A comfortable place, however needs a few updates and refreshment. Pavers need to be resealed although nice pool area. and A/C vents needed cleaning. My family had a great time and the management company was very attentive to our needs.

This house was great, we loved the open concept of the living room and kitchen area, it even had some games to play. Each bedroom was spacious and clean. The backyard was also great, plenty of seating and a nice size pool, lawn area too. Had a well stocked shed in the backyard with beach chairs/ toys/ floats which was an added bonus!

Overall great house! Perfect for our girls trip to hang out. Only complaint would be the neighborhood was questionable at times, but great easy walk to beach. House had everything you could need and property managers always had a quick response!

House was great for our party of 10. Close by to local restaurants, bars, nightlife and Beach spots. Pool and backyard were great for entertainment when wanting to stay in. Only negatives would be not enough towels for the full party of 10, grill propane and spare bottle were empty (which were replaced later in the day by house keeping) and the hot tub seemed to have a lot of chemicals and ruined 3 of the ladies bathing suits.

Broken shades in every bedroom/living room, broken toilet seat, towel racks and toilet paper racks broken off the walls, closet doors broken, the hot tub was disgustingly dirty snd wasn’t usable at all, water levels were very low. Also the trash was overflowing from previous renter and then other trash was left out near pool when we arrived. We had to have a maintenance person come out the second day of our trip and asses the situation (he was wonderful! First night person was coming to fix toilet which interrupted our trip. Someone also came while we were sleeping and filled up our pool. Did not feel safe with someone st our house while we were unaware. Great house but would never recommend for lack of care to property. Would love to speak to someone about this.
