My family and I had a blast and found the location and configuration of the condo we stayed at. My adult children loved it!! Good: Location View Size Amenities Size Ease of check in Ease of communication with owner Clean Simple checkout Not good: Path to the beach closes at 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM you have to go through the parking lot of a less desirable hotel next door. This actually proved to be a bigger issue for us than one might think. No bathrooms near pool area (nearest one was several floors away). How is this legal? Do the owners/property managers expect guests to use the pool? It was really quite gross when we started thinking about it Property manager we interacted with was (no better way to put it) rude and seemed to lack basic interpersonal skills that one should have when providing services to the public. Again, the place was awesome, but these two "not so goods" left a lasting impression on us that overshadows the good time we actually had. Thank you for sharing your property with us! Nice location, great building, pools were nice, kitchen well stocked and spacious. Just remember to bring a hairdryer, toilet paper, and paper towels...this isn't a hotel. A couple minor repairs in the unit were needed. Dryer stopped working but there was a local laundromat. Unfortunately nobody from maintenence came to fix so we just didn't do anymore laundry. The hot water and ac were great. Beautiful view of course.

Overall it was very nice, but the condo could use some furniture upgrades and more cleaning, especially walls and headboards.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was super clean and the layout is awesome. Each room had its own bathroom, which made it nice when getting ready to go somewhere. Everything was exact as in the online post the host communicated very well the ocean blue condominiums had great amenities and access to the beach. The condo also provided cleanliness at the pool area. We will definitely be returning.

The picture did the condo justice. I've used Vrbo a few times and haven't been disappointed. If I can give a suggestion the living room and dinning area needs to be updated or refurbished. The pads are gone, not very comfortable. Our group had a great time, the view was great. Our only complaint was there wasn't extra tissue or garbage bags. We really enjoyed staying at your property. There was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was nice, but one door needed to be fixed, that bummed out the teens. It was a really nice stay. The only downfall was one part of fam had to park next door. A bit inconvenient. And with infants a bit later chk out time would have been better. Other than that we really had a great time. Thank you .

This property made our Christmas gathering complete. Only challenge point was the no pet rule, so my daughter had to stay at another place. Then she couldn't visit without making arrangements for her baby pet. Love the stay overall.

Overall the Condo was nice. Beautiful ocean front views and a convenient and quiet location. The carpets look very nasty. They don’t provide many towels and wash clothes and we had to wash them after everyone showered each time. As the recent reviews stated, the property manager will not return calls or messages. You are on your own after booking. We received our code approximately one hour before check in. There was no additional guidance that a different code had to be used to access main doors to get in. Parkings not great. You will only get two passes. One reserved spot for the unit and one visitor pass. We had three vehicles, so we had to pay almost $100 to park in an adjacent garage. There are no bathrooms on the bottom level near the pools. We had kids so it was a little frustrating going all the way back up every time they needed to go! There was no ice machines on the property so for coolers, etc., you have to run out and pick it up. Overall I would give it 3.5 stars due the the amount of money paid and considering the inconveniences.

We have a list of things that need to be addressed - 2 of the queen bedrooms need their mattresses replaced and only have 1 nightstand. The first bathroom is missing towel bars and light bulbs need to be replaced, master missing a towel bar as well. Nowhere near enough towels, 1 dish towel in the entire place. Dryer is so packed with lint it doesn't work and is probably a fire hazard. Not sure why there aren't king sized beds in the 2 rooms with queens. The place needs to be updated but we had a good time.

Rugs and floors turn feet black upon arrival. Need to be shampooed. Poorly cleaned condo overall. Lots of crumbs and crud under furniture, around cabinets, etc. TV in couch area old and NOT a Smart TV, Universal Remote not working consistently, speakers pop and crackle and side tv control buttons did not work consistently. Sent text to owner, he said “I’ll run over” but two days later still no show. Checked listing for a better number to call but it was a “wrong number” — didn’t know him. Called the number used for text and he did answer and did come after 9 pm. But he came. Cable only - no Smart after all. Said he would check for a ROKU in a desk drawer. Never heard back. For the money, won’t choose this one next time. Sorry.

Great beachfront property in the middle of plenty of fun activities. Indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Condo was spacious and the 10 of us had plenty of room to be together or separate. Highly recommend staying here!

Property was as pictured. Less congested area of beach. Not much site seeing in the area but not far drive to wherever you want to go. We did quite a bit of cooking and kitchen had everything we needed (except a working can opener and a strainer/collander). King bed could use a foam topper for comfort but the sheets were amazing! Balcony could use some small tables for cofee drinkers. Loved having bathrooms for all 4 groups of people! All in all, a great property rental!

This property was perfect for our family, and so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

We made many attempts to contact the host Craig prior to our vacation . His voicemail box was not set up and he did not respond to requests for condo information or an early check in request. It appears others have had the same situation as our family. Note to self: take previous reviews serious. Check in at 4pm and the host was unresponsive and not able to be contacted. To be clear we had 2 families traveling over night with small children and all arrived just prior to the 4 pm check in. At 5pm VRBO was ready to book the three sets of travelers into separate hotel rooms. . We were finally able to contact the host’s partner and obtain condo codes at 5:30. Lastly, the condo needs updates (carpets seriously stained, shower in guest bathroom stuck to wall below average height and leaking.) My family would not rent this unit not again. Renter beware.

Everything was just as listed! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed being right on the beach. The condo is beautiful and spacious!

Easy process, clear communication and prompt response

This vacation was amazing from the scenery, the location, the check in process. Everything was absolutely amazing for me and my group that I had. I will say that the owner is very responsive. We had plenty of linens and towels. Everything that we needed was right there in this place. The views every morning were absolutely the best. The sanitation on the pools were very clean. I would recommend to anyone because it was the very best experience we had in a long time. I can't wait to stay again!!!

We just had 5 couples together who were college friends and have remained friends for almost 50 years. We had so much fun watching beautiful sunrises from the spacious balcony. We cooked several meals in and had all the kitchen utensils and conveniences you could ask for. Just a few steps outside and you were on the beach. We loved gathering in the hot tub and floating in the lazy River. There were no rafts for it so we just bought some pool noodles from the dollar store. There are no beach towels in the unit so it is a good idea to bring your own. We had lots of space for dining and playing card/board games and lots of very comfortable seating in the living area for talks and laughter. It was great to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Loved having codes to enter the building and the unit. Check in and out was seamless. We managed parking well but just imagine in peak times that could be a problem. The unit was just like the pictures, very large and spacious. We hope to stay again, only longer next time. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone. We hardly contacted Craig, but he was quick to respond when we did. No regrets, only praises!!

Very hard to get in touch with the host. Check in time was suppose to be 4pm and didn’t get in till almost 6pm! Information to enter was suppose to come in an email and never got it. Kept emailing the host and finally he answered saying he was driving and sorry. Called VRBO to find other options were starting to panic and we were far from home. Parking was not the best. We had 3 vechicles and only 2 passes can be given. Those were the only complaints. Everything else was wonderful and really enjoyed staying there.

Check in was the easiest I have ever done. Received message on VRBO and email with building code and condo code. Property was very clean with linens and towels waiting in tote for us. Only minor thing we could think of would be the proximity to the airport. When you are outside, there are constantly airplanes and helicopter tours taking off overhead. You really couldn't hear them in the condo and after a while you got used to them outside. Overall, excellent condo and stay, would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The condo was clean and well furnished. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Gave 4 stars but could be 5 with a little effort. First the good. Awesome location with spectacular views of the ocean and beach. Rooms were spacious and beds were great. Kitchen was fine handled all our cooking needs for most meals for 8 adults. Bathrooms all did the job. Now, the few digs. Carpets need cleaned, No instruction on where to dump trash. Wished it was closer to boardwalk. Provide some rental options for gear, transportation. Overall, we'd stay there again and recommend especially for large family stay.

The condo was as pictured and was very clean upon our arrival. The view was amazing! The beds were comfortable and all the appliances (including TV’s) worked fine. Kitchen had plenty of dishes & pots/pans, but was short on large utensils. Couch could use replacing, but it is just normal wear & tear. We did have to make our own beds, but this wasn’t a big deal for us and the linens provided were good quality. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with two negative caveats. First, parking. Despite the VRBO description, each unit is only assigned ONE parking space. If you have a second vehicle, you just have to utilize one of the randomly placed visitor spots. The assigned spot for this unit is on the very lower level in the back corner - which would have been helpful to know prior to arrival and trying to navigate the VERY tight parking deck. Also, the assigned spot has a sloped roof - if you have a large SUV or truck, it will NOT fit here. Some of the visitor spaces are barely big enough for a regular vehicle, much less a larger one. The deck was a constant frustration. Secondly, we had no direct communication from the owner at all. We got scripted messages from VRBO and the door codes were sent via email from a lock rental service. I messaged the owner through the app with some questions a couple weeks before our trip & he never responded. We also called the day we arrived to get clarification on the parking and it just went to voicemail. In the end this wasn’t a problem, but if we had any sort of emergency need to get in touch, I anticipate it would have been very difficult and this is just not standard for most other VRBO rentals we have used. Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would stay again now that we are aware of the parking issues and know not to expect any owner communication.

Wonderful condo with great location and fantastic view of the ocean and beach. There is ready access to the beach and the pools with a very speedy elevator. The location on the southern end of Myrtle Beach makes for less crowds and a overall quieter experience. The condo itself is roomy and clean with comfortable beds and couches. No significant complaints, however there are a few things that could be improved to make this a truly superior condo. The Master bath needs some updating especially the shower. Can’t read markings on the stove which makes for some interesting guesses. Padding on the legs of the chairs in the dining room. Finally the WiFi is not secure and access to the internet was sporadic even though connected to the WiFi. Overall this was a great condo and we had an outstanding experience

The condo is everything you see in the pictures. Very well maintained and clean. Great location, in close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Very spacious for large families. Owner was very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!!

We couldn’t get in our room because of a late checkout! Suggested we stay in a motel which I said absolutely not!! They came to put clean linens and towels in the rooms! The carpets were filthy, fridge stunk like fish!! I smelled it the first time I opened the fridge and freezer!! Contacting manager or owners was ridiculous!! The main number shown wasn’t even their number!

PROS- The pictures that are listed on the site are identical to what you will get once you arrive. The view was amazzzzzing. The space was incredible. The full kitchen was a plus although we didn’t use it other than storing drinks in the fridge. We wanted to experience different foods with in the area and we did just that. So by the time we left in the mornings and returned in the evenings there was no need to utilize the kitchen. Every room has its on bathroom and tv and let me tell you with our family this worked out perfect. Everyone was able to get ready without having an extreme wait time had there only been one bathroom. So this made things so easy. You are supplied with beach toys I wish we had of realized this prior to us going out to purchase some of our own things. We even added another surf board to the collection since we do not live near a beach. The lazy River, two pools and hot tub located on ground floor was great. My kids had the time of their life. Location of this place was phenomenal you would not be upset and it does outweigh the bad.CONS- Upon arrival the floors did not appear to have been mopped. There were scuff marks on the floor, and the floors were dirty. The carpets in the bedrooms are in need of some deep cleaning. The unit is entirely too beautiful to have dirty carpets. The beds hadn’t been made up, you had to retrieve the linen from out of a blue tote in the dining room and make each bed. First night arriving someone from another unit had parked in our units parking and the lot was full minus a handicapped spot. Luckily for us my grandma was with us so we were legally able to utilize the handicap spot but had she not been with us we would not have had anywhere to park. So I attempted to reach out to the numbers that were provided, I sent an email, left a message on the main number and the second number that was given voicemail stayed full our entire stay so I could never leave a message and I never got a reply or a phone call back. I thought at this point that I’m glad that it was not an emergency. But then there was. On the day of check out I left a medical bag in the bedroom upon realizing after 10 am and having an expired door code. I immediately began trying to call all the numbers that were unsuccessful the first night. And after multiple calls, multiple texts and two emails I got a reply with a new code to be able to gain entry to the room to retrieve my medical bag. Overall our stay was great.

Pretty nice place. Only complaint is only 2 of 5 TV'S had the proper remotes therefore 3 tvs did not work. There is also a need for better trash disposal.
