Excellent location to get to New York as public transport is just a few streets away. Host was quick to response on the chat feature and extremely helpful and accommodating. We had previously book an Airbnb for this trip, but previous host cancelled last minute, so this place was a great deal for the price we got it for on the holiday weekend we planned to stay for (July 4th weekend). And in my haste to book it, I accidentally booked for 4 guests instead of 5, but host here was so understanding and modified without a problem. Plus, we traveled with a pet, the pet fee wasnt expensive at all as other places would have been. Over all, great experience. Would definitely stay here again whenever I decide to vacation on new York again.
