El hotel esta genial, personal encantador, habitaciones muy limpias y desayuno bastante bien.

La ventana de la habituación y la ubicación. Aunque esta a 4 kilometros, la zona de alli hay poco que hacer.

Very nice hotel. Just a short distance from the bus that take you into the centre of Stockholm in about 10 minutes. Breakfast was great. Very complete. They offered a lot of complimentary things like tea coffee fruit and cakes at arrival in reception. I love how pet friendly they are in this hotel. The Italian restaurant was fantastic. We used it one rainy night

They don’t have enough tables at the breakfast area for the guests although they have space. The hotel is very popular and we found ourselves struggling to find a table in the morning. They don’t have telephone intercom in the room but reception was very helpful

The hotel room was incredibly clean, cozy, and modernly furnished. The beds were exceptionally soft, and the room was equipped with a kettle, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and mineral water. Our stay was peaceful, with no construction noise or disturbances — everything was very quiet. The hotel staff was wonderful — always smiling and eager to assist. The breakfast was excellent, with a well-stocked café offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. Although the hotel is a bit farther from the city center, it is easily and quickly accessible by bus. I would gladly return to this hotel!

The only thing I missed at the hotel was a proper coffee option at breakfast. I didn’t see a coffee machine — there was only hot coffee served from a pot.

Das Frühstück war nicht nur gut, es war exzellent. Ob verschiedenste Früchte, Wurst, Käse, Säfte, Milch, Kaffee, Brot, Brötchen, Eier, Speck, Kuchen,... in hoher Qualität, alles was das Herz begehrt. Und es wurde immer naschgelegt. Das Hotel hat den Besitzer gewechselt und dazu noch eine Rabatt-Aktion gehabt. Besser geht es nicht!

Die Umgebung hätte schöner sein können, ist ein Businesscentrum mit Bautätigkeit. Innen war davon aber nichts zu hören.. Es befindet sich ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, wo wir das beste Eis genießen konnten, Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls, Kino und kleinen Park.

Top Preis/Leistung! Gutes Frühstück. Saubere Zimmer! Sehr nettes Personal!

Die Zimmerlüftung rennt permanent obwohl wir die Klimaanlage ausgemacht haben. Eventuell notwendig aber eventuell auch deshalb die Ohropax neben jedem Bett. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist voll okay. Für eine grosse Familie ohne Auto allerdings gar nicht so einfach

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome and well looked after. The room was excellent, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring we slept well each night. The room was well-designed, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated receiving fresh water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of well-prepared food. It was clear that care had been taken to provide a satisfying and enjoyable meal each morning.

Our arrival was a nightmare. There was construction in front of the hotel, and it was extremely unclear how to reach the entrance. The signage was only visible very late into the approach, and this issue was not mentioned in any of the numerous notifications we received from the hotel beforehand. It felt strange to receive the hotel restaurant’s menu in advance but no directions on how to actually get to the hotel. We arrived in the evening with our baby and spent nearly an hour trying to find the way. Along the way, we met another couple who were also heading in the wrong direction. Eventually, a staff member had to come and guide us, and while he was extremely nice and accommodating, this situation should never have happened. The hotel management really needs to consider ways to avoid such scenarios—whether that’s providing clear directions or offering a pick-up service, something needs to change. Additionally, despite prior communication, there was no baby cot in the room when we arrived. We were so exhausted that we all slept in the same bed for the first night, as we didn’t have the energy to go down and sort it out. The cot was provided the next day after we requested it again.
