La ubicación muy buena, zona tranquila, las vistas espectaculares. Apartamento limpio

Falta de equipamiento en el apartamento, solo habían cosas muy muy básicas, no había manteles para usar para las mesas, ni servilletas, no había jaboneras en el baño ni dentro de la ducha para poder dejar gel y champú, destacar la falta de alguna manta para el sofá. Cocina muy básico los utensilios.

The size of the apartment was excellent with huge balcony. Great pool area and sports court

In the main bedroom we’re single beds pushed together, not ideal for a married couple.Lack of kitchen equipment in a self catering apartment.

The pool man was very aggressive he was power mad very rude and upset a lot of people also main pool and kids pool not open which caused mayhem as everyone was trying to fit around the lane swimming pool which only has 30 chairs. Also pool bar only open on the weekend it was open more at Xmas when we were there. Not good

when I contacted the company to get directions they were not very helpful. I contacted several times regarding the internet,Ellena who works for the company,didn’t return my calls,or assist me after 24 hours of waiting. she had an awful attitude,I myself am a nurse for 28 years,and am used to helping people all the time,I would never treat anyone how she treated us. Maybe she needs additional training. Another lady who worked for the company helped me the following day,and rectified problem.

Good morning, We have returned home safely following our holiday at Sunset Drive and as discussed during checkout, we would like to bring to your attention some of the problems encountered during our stay and before we leave our review. As you are well aware, we were without WIFI for the first day, this was corrected the following day when Miguel installed a router, he also brought sharp knives to replace the ones that wouldn’t cut and a new kettle to replace the one that was full of calcium and unusable, we appreciated the timely replacements. The dishwasher was not working on arrival, the integral water heater had failed, the inside was black with mold and the filter blocked with grease, it smelt terrible, as did all of the crockery and glassware because they had been cycled through cold water, I cleaned the filter myself and we tried all the programmes but to no avail. Despite several phone calls it took 10 days before we received a replacement. When Charles came to replace the dishwasher, he also lubricated the lock to enter the apartment which was very difficult to turn with the key, also, he lubricated the sliding doors to the balcony from the bedroom which we could not open, this problem was not new, previous clients must have had the same problem, the handle was loose and the plastic frame had come away from the double glazed glass resulting in a loss of sound proofing. The windows and balcony glass had not been cleaned.
