No wifi connection. Television was not working The room was untidy, when we arrived there are garbage in the balcony. No toilet papers and we had a late checked in,waited for almostv3 hrs...to got into the room due to system issue. No complimentary drink or so..

All good very accommodating and accessible though there are not quite a lot of meal to choose for kids. It could be possibility be better if they include breads and other food for kids.

Internet speed is not great, we haven't used it because its logging us out and can't even connect sometimes. Even if we do mobile data it is impossible to get a good connection.

The facilities and the rooms where great. The view was awesome.

Location was awfully far and there is an alleged ongoing "dispute" (sourced from cab drivers) that does not allow the use of the main gate. Cars need to divert into a darker dirt path road a few meters from the gate. If you think you can easily access stores and nearby establishments via public transport like a cab or jeepney - think again. Getting a cab you’ll need to shell out another Php 100 on top of the cab’s fare and prepare a Php1500 deposit upon checking in.

I was never bored here even though I was alone. The ocean view is calming and refreshing.
