Nothing. It was not as advertised.

The service was bad,the room was in a bad condition no lights, broken plugs and also the bed was not comfortable therefore i will never recommend the place to anyone.

The place is convenient you don't struggle finding it

1.Had to wait for the key for more than an hour , 2. TV not working 3. No plates 4. Had to call the owner for electricity 5. got to the place the shower drain is not working 6. place was dirty with dust

We did not like anything as soon as we booked in we moved out what a dirty place it was an terrible experience, although we commend the two security gaurds at the entrance they were very friendly 😔

I didn't like anything about the place, it was so dirty with cocoroaches all over the room, even inside the microwave, the shower door was broken, no toilet roll nor hand wash, the TV was not working

Wasnt given wifi password while the wifi was in my room n leaking toilet

I didn’t like anything about it, the first room we were allocated the toilet didn’t flush, the TV didn’t work even the remote didn’t have batteries. We were then allocated to another room, microwave is not working, when you switch on the stove the main switch goes off and it switches off from the main board, which we had to ask the security guards to assist with getting the lights on. The shower tap is not tight, we had to balance it to open, the blankets and sheets are dirty. The room is cold… everything about this place is bad… I’ll never go back there, I’ll never recommend anyone to go there, it was the worst weekend we ever had to experience with my boyfriend. We regret cancelling the initial hotel we picked from the start, but because we tiought the price was reasonable for 1 night, hence we picked Royal. This is what you get when you pay less, I’d rather pay more for the best service. By the way before we got to the hotel, I called to confirm the building and person I spoke to was very rude, not friendly at all. I’m defeated by the level of service received, it was so traumatic.

The place was dirty from the shower to the bedding even the curtains had stains that looked like blood the sink had crumbs and as soon as you switch on the light at night there's cockroches everywhere 😳 We did not enjoy our stay .

Room 311 the worst. The place stinks molding. The bathroom is molded. The shower door is broken. No complimentary soap or body wash. The fridge was leaking..we got there the floor had water from the fridge.. The kettle is leaking. No complimentary coffee or Suger. Only 1 glass. No pots. No cutlery No mop Only one very small towel for 2 people. The blanket is light and thorn. The curtains are dirty. Old furniture. Old linen. We didn't even bother to switch on the tv. This place needs to be removed from booking.com it's not a place to call home when you on the road 😔😔😔 it's bad

the room was big and spacious but didn’t have a heater and the stove for cooking wasn’t working- literally had to checkout around 22:00 and go to a warmer place

Nothing! The owner of room 270 was very rude. There was no electricity. Stove was broken. Room was total complete opposite to what we so in pictures and it was very very cold and we had only one "thin" blanket. We booked for the whole weekend 2 night but we only spent one night and left the room.

The staff was friendly and the accommodation is decent for the price paid. It's also located close to shops which make it very convenient. Water pressure is also good. An extra blanket is available and although we didn't have to use it; I did appreciate having it there.

The water doesn't drain properly in the shower so when you open the shower it gets flooded before you can even get the hot water to run. My partner and I had to wait for at least an hour for the water to drain before someone else could take a bath and even then; they would still be standing in dirty water while they shower since the water does not drain quick enough. The towel is dirty. No backups during load shedding so when you visit during hot weathers then be ready to find alternative measures to keep cool.
