Pools week too small , beach was bad , restaurant were not good .

Food was amazing most of the time. World Cafe has an amazing variety. Servers were always super nice. The location is really nice, and the entertainment team were always performing activities which we really enjoyed, from beach events to daily shows at night.

First day immediately after check in an employee approached us to talk about the hotel benefits, which I assumed was maps, spa, restaurants. WRONG!! She wanted to sell us a timeshare and she did not let it go until we almost told her to stay away from us and to not approach again!! People coming from the US be aware!!!! We wanted to go to the Christmas dinner and I still can't believe she told us we were not gonna have a table available unless she made us a reservation, after we participated in a 1 1/2 hour talk where we had to bring our credit card (her exact words!!!). We did not go to the meeting because we rather dine somewhere else than be extorted, and guess what?, there were more than enough tables at Christmas dinner for us to just walk in. After the first 2 days of an employee stalking us, we no longer wanted to walk through the lobby so they would get the message and leave us alone!! At check out, my parents had problems with their invoice. Apparently they paid cash at check in, and at check out they were told the exchange rate they had used was wrong, so they had to pay extra if they wanted to leave. $200 more so they could get a little piece of paper that would allow their cab to exit the resort. Again with the extortion!!!! If they made a mistake with the conversion they should have fixed the first or subsequent days, not when you're trying to catch a flight. All the employees effort and work around the resort down the drain because of those 2 situations at the front desk.

Amazing food, all the restaurants are simply amazing, nice kid´s pool area, good evening shows, beautiful rooms, comfy beds.

The hotel administration is the worst I´ve ever seen. Their valet broke my car and they refuse to take responsibility, they simply returned the broken car to me and blamed me for that. I had to undergo a lot of back and forth discussions with them, trips back and forth to the hotel (all paid by myself!), a month without my car and a lot of stress eventually resolving it all by myself. I found a way to fix my car, but the hotel was not helpful at all, they did not even offer a dime for my expenses, nor an official apology. They only paid the taxi ride back home for me (40 minutes away) and nothing else. Shameful to be treating their paying customers like that. Still waiting for any kind of reimbursement. The way I was treated is truly a scandal and outrageous. Zero human dignity, zero customer service, this hotel is either incompetent or corrupt. Never again. Stay away.

Staff friendly. Food decent, but nothing exceptional. Kids' club was awesome, as were the staff who worked there.

Kept asking for water and never got it. It became an ongoing joke the entire time as to whether or not they'd deliver any water to our room above the standard 2 bottles a day for a family of 4. It was frustrating. Sewage smell periodically in our room. Cockroaches in our room. Just frustrating to say the least. Would have expected better for the amount of money we spent to stay there.

Overcharged upon arrival. They said I have to pay extra for the kids. But when I booked on booking.co m the price included the kids. Be aware.
