Excellent, helpful, and competent customer service. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They even upgraded us for free.. our room even had a jacuzzi.. and my kids loved spending time In it. I would strongly recommend coming and spending a night here.. My family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stop over here

Breakfast was pretty good. The best thing was the honey on the honeycomb.

Very cheaply built building, right on the freeway, dangerous to stop even to register. Walls weren’t much thicker than cardboard. You could hear everything in other rooms. Highway noise was horrible.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood along the highway. We were travelling from Bursa heading to Aydin. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The room is very spacious and well equipped with all the basic amenities. Breakfast is excellent with lots of varieties. We love the view from our breakfast table. Parking is available, easy, nearby and free of charge.

The rooms are clean and big. It gives comfort in moving around in the room. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful.

There is one elevator that is realy old. so people who cannot take the stairs might find it realy hard to move around the hotel. Location is a bit tricky and might get little trouble to park even if alot of parking space is available

Avwan Hotel is situated some away from Izmir city center. The hotelstaff is friendly and helpful. My room itself was big and actually big enough for two persons. The breakfast os offered in a open buffet and more than sufficiant. WIFI is strong and availiable everywhere in the hotel. The hotel restaurant has good quality for reasonable prices.
