The facility location is good, 10 minutes walk to the airport and they do have a shuttle bus

Delicious dinner was cooked just for me and my little son as we arrived late and no one was there in the restaurant. Super friendly service, tasty breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

Room was very comfortable, convenient for airport and the morning shuttle service was prompt. We are likely to use this hotel again when travelling through Izmir.

I only stayed there for one night between flights, and I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the airport. And wow, was it convenient! The staff pick you up and you can actually see the hotel from the airport (it's less than five minutes).
Despite being so close to the airport, the soundproofing is pretty good, and I barely noticed the planes. It was quieter than some hotels I've stayed in that weren't near an airport. The room and the bed were comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge my gear. Blinds on the windows for privacy and extra sleep time. A decent-sized shower in a glass enclosure. A wet bar if you needed it and a hot-water kettle. Dinner available on the premises -- and it was actually quite good -- and the traditional Turkish breakfast buffet had a large selection of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
My only regret is that I was in transit and I couldn't stay there longer! No complaints, here!

close to airport great staff poor management
there was no air conditioning as it is shut down from September onwards. This was not advertised or made known. manager claimed it was by popular demand of guests. so anyone wanting the option of air conditioning had no option but to go without it. what a weak excuse to save money. we were told to open the window in the evening as the temperature cooled off. when we did it was too noisy to sleep. we had to request a fan for the second night from the lovely staff at reception. what a disgrace in managing an airport hotel where guest stay for quiet and rest over short periods.

Location is perfectly located next to the airport. It’s a 10 minute walk from the arrival gates. On our way back to the airport we used their free shuttle service, which takes about 5 minutes. Also the breakfast is good.

The hotel is just next to the airport, is possible to arrive by walk but is not clear how to do it. Finally we took a taxi and we paid like 30TL, it was not expensive at all but it was just because we didn't know how to arrive from the Airport.
Next morning, we went walking to the airport and it was much clear.
Pros:
-The bed was really confortable
-everything was really clean
-Next to the airport, like 5 mins by walk.
Cons:
-Wifi connection was not really good, althought we had the same problem in all hotels in turkey.
Everything was quite good, we had our flight at 6:30 AM so was perfect for us a hotel just next to the airport.

Located just at the entrance of Izmir airport where you can walk to take the Metro to the city center. staffs are very nice and helpful. Kadir is the best and extremely helpful.

On the website it say TV was available but I couldn’t get TV worked and reception didn’t mentioned anything about facilities that I can use or can’t use!! It was a short stay, so I didn’t bother asking.

I think family run if not then the staff acted like a family. We arrived at 10.30pm from Ireland after not been able to get food and they cooked us fresh Chicken Burgers which were lovely.

air conditioning didn’t work in the room even though it was warm the hotel state they cannot turn on the air conditioning in winter when we went end of March it was deemed winter.

Very close to the airport. Very helpful staff especially the guy on night shift at the front desk.
The hotel shuttle bus service only starts at 09:00am. So if you have an early morning flight you have to take a taxi. We were told that it only takes a couple of minutes for a taxi to arrive. In our case it took 20 mins, which left us rushing to catch our flight.
