Good, spacious place
The cutlery and bare minimum utensils are not maintained properly. Overall lacks the attention to detail of a 3/4/5 star hotel.

first of all I loved the warm welcome by the Manager Suresh that person was really amazing. He didn’t make us feel that we are away from our home. We felt as if he is one of our family member. property is really nice and clean all the facilities were excellent. My overall experience is amazing.

Kavitha homes cancelled my booking and forced me to book another property at double the price. This is absolutely cheating and booking.com shouldnt be part of it

Room was good and spacious
Host messaged me on WhatsApp that the property i reserved for stay was unavailable thus he gave me 2 other options of stay to choose out of which choose one i tried to ask the cost of the room to which he replied that it would same as the property I book on site which was arround 7600 but after reaching there they costed us 8500 which was informed us by an caretaker. And when tried to clarify with host they didn't even received the call or replied on WhatsApp. Cost is not an issue but they should have clarified everything first or atleast respond to queries of guests. As it was mentioned that wifi would be provided and so it was but there was net available on that.

The house did not meet our requirement for toilet facilities. They responded quickly and lined up a different property that met our needs.
We required western toilets in all bathrooms,

Hist cud have taken adequate steps before the property was handed over. We struggled for hot water and had to call them thrice to fix it

Its spacious , Had a nice sit out and portico to relax with a cup of tea. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was clean .
At Arrival , the boy who was suppose to handover the keys really took a long time to handover keys and wasnt pleasant and welcoming . Kitchen had no basic utensils even to make a cup of tea. Blankets were pathetic , dusty and smelly. overall not a great place.
