موقع الفندق عجييب كل شي حوالينه مطاعم راقيه وبسيطه وسريعه ومقاهي وتسوق وخدمات وسوق البازار كمرلاتي مشي ٣ سوبر ماركت حوله سوق ملابس أفراح ومحطات العباره ساحات ومواقع أثريه تاريخيه برج الساعه والمسجد الخدمه والستاف شي مووو طبيعي خدوومين ومحترمين وحبوبين بالإستقبال دنيزا وكريم وغيرهم كلهم محترمين العزيزه المرحه الخدومه sedaa رائعه جدا شكرا للكيكه والبالونات وحسن الإستقبال كانت إقامتي الثانيه في هذا المكان

اتمنى تغير نوع السرير والمخاد التنظيف للأسف بعض الأيام وخاصه ترتيب الأدوات والنواقص في دورة المياه غير جيد

موقعه الافضل في كوناك الموظفين كلهم يهبلون وحبوبين سيدا شخصيه مفعمه بالنشاط والحب والمساعده دينيزا بالاستقبال كذلك وكريم كلهم خدمتهم محترمه سأعود له بالتاكيد

المواقف غير مجانيه كذلك نوع المخدات غير مريحه وتنظيف الغرف ليس بمستوى الفندق يحتاج التنبيه عليهم خاصه بإعادة تعبئة خدمات التواليت

Location was very good. Central and easy to walk to various areas. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. Room was quiet and the view over the bay was amazing. The mattress could probably do with replacing.

Meals are very expensive if not included in the room rate.

Perfect location, I can walk almost anywhere around town.

We commend the staff for their unwavering positivity and helpful attitude throughout our stay especially the car valet people. While the staff's positive demeanor was a silver lining in an otherwise disruptive stay, the overwhelming noise from the nearby construction and the subpar amenities detracted significantly from our experience. The management has not advised or informed in advance of this which would have made us reconsider our stay.

The stay was marred by significant noise disturbances, making it difficult to rest properly. Our room was located adjacent to what can only be described as a colossal, relentless industrial drill engaged in foundation work for a new building nearby. Throughout the night, the relentless thundering and grinding of the drill reverberated through the walls, creating a dissonant symphony that left us sleep-deprived and frazzled. As dawn broke, the intensity of the drilling only amplified, rudely jolting us awake and shattering any hope of a peaceful morning. The hotel's amenities left much to be desired. The pool, touted as a relaxing oasis in the city, was disappointingly small and scarcely usable, more akin to a glorified bathtub than a place for leisurely swims. Moreover, the lobby, where one might seek refuge from the relentless noise, proved to be an unpleasant experience in itself. The air was heavy with a pervasive scent of body odor, creating a distinctly uncomfortable atmosphere that lingered unpleasantly.
