Location and the actual condo was nicely renovated.

The building was very dated. The balcony overlooked an alley and the view of the dumpster of the other building.There was major construction being done to the pool, and we were not informed. We didn't have enough towels. 2 washcloths for 4 people.

The room was very lovely, nice and updated with alot of things to offer. Alot of kitchen and room amenities were available. The host is very helpful and responds very quickly. There is vending downstairs that we enjoyed using. We arrived late at night and host called even late at night, and the doorman at night was super nice and helpful.

This location is inside a apartment complex that are owned by individuals. This is not a hotel, to many people this is a vacation residence or are a retired couple's apartment/condo. The accommodations were not very detailed before I booked this. The pool is completely gutted and we werent informed (which was honestly what sold me to this property), parking is across the street (per self parking or valet), there is no breakfast or food accommodations within the building and not many nearby within walking distance. You have to use a fob that is in the room to get in and out of the complex or pool area which is fine but I feel there needs to be a detail sheet left in the room for these details as we do not know this area and we had to ask how things worked. The A/C also went out on the 3rd day and was very humid and stuffy but it seemed the complex didnt let anyone know and didnt have it fixed within the 30 hrs we had left staying there. Felt we were very out of place to the residential people. I definitely felt we should of stayed farther north on the beach where there was more tourist feel.

The place was great! Nicely renovated and very clean. The host was awesome and easy to communicate with.

Location was great, right on the beach, and other side a main street. Some restaurants close by. Apartment decorated very nicely. Nice big balcony. Plenty of TV's.

Main bathroom was very small. Building itself is quite old. Was glad to have a spot in parking garage, but it was leaking water in areas of the ceiling.

Kitchen could use more useable items for cooking. The Hallway upon first view was a little disappointing as was the front door to the Condo itself.

No garbage disposal. Would have preferred a traditional coffee maker. There were no washcloths.

The pool was closed when we first got here - not the owner's fault - and honestly, not that big of a deal either as we were right on the beach!! Plus the weather was not on our side either so really made no difference.

Beautiful condo with minor imperfections. ( looked like they rushed the renovation) Love the style though. Water pressure was great. Some staff were very friendly. One of the Vallet personal was so awesome. He answered alot of our questions and was friendly and professional. Pool was nice. Like the seating areas. Ocean view was priceless.

My car got damaged. Ding on door and front bumper got small Crack. This happened at some point in the condo parking lot. Vallet took pictures. Vallet is not 24 hrs , so we did not get to leave at 5am as planned. We had to wait to get our car key. Not easy to have direct access to your vehicle when you need to load or unload. Front desk staff didn't seem to know much information like where is the gym or the laundry room. They are not equipped to be a pet friendly facility. There should be an area for pets to use the bathroom and run a bit. That would be nice. Also pets not being able to walk through the lobby is dumb. Using the service entrance and smelling dirty garbage each time you enter and exit isn't fair to the pet and the owner. Hallway definitely needs updating. Pool needs a good cleaning on the bottom. Algae was noticeable.

Eli made sure to meet us as soon as we arrived. Even helped us with our luggage himself! Took the time to explain and walk us through everything we needed to know even helped provide us with parking! Very helpful and professional. The apartment was perfect! Newly remodeled, clean, on the 14th floor with the perfect view of the ocean. We felt at home the entire time. Next time we're in the area, we'll be staying here again 100%

Only thing I'd say is the apartment was a long walk from the elevator, which for me was a bit much but that was completely out of his control. Everything else was exceptional.

Host was very friendly, Gve specific instructions to recieve key fobs and parking pass. HE even helped us bring our bags upstairs. Pool was warm and the property was tight on the beach. Room has a partial ocean view but gets the job done.

High tides on windy days brought a lot of seaweed up to shore. Some may be okay swimming in the beach like that but I was a bit hesitant. Either way YOLO so we all go in the beach at some point. Water is way more clear before noon!

The condo was clean and updated and a good location. The pool was nice and large and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Ali and Lala were very accommodating to make our stay comfortable.

The hallway of the condo could use some updating, but I think the complex was working on doing this. It is a large high rise so I am sure this will take some time.

I felt uncomfortable with security and tenants because the color of our skin.
