I didn’t even have a problem with the hotel, where it’s locate, Norwood area it’s good safe area they have cctv camera everywhere, the property was good. The staff was good respectful very understanding

On the hotel website, it say that the offer breakfast included every morning but when I go to the hotel, it was a different story they say that they don’t offer breakfast anymore because the kitchen was closed so I was like if the kitchen is closed why don’t on the website so basically we are paying for full service that we don’t have, and the Wi-Fi is very bad it’s only worked good when you’re downstairs like around the reception area or close to the bar when you go up to the room the Wi-Fi is very weak. I remember when I missed the flight I have to rebook a room of a day room number 9 the Wi-Fi does not even reach day. I have to come out of the room all the way to the stairs to be able to use the Wi-Fi but I think the hotel can do a lot of maintenance because there’s also good things about the hotel. It’s clean the people and the police video hotel is located. It’s very safe area but I think they have to 60 small details and then I will also suggest that they remove it on their website that they offer breakfast every morning when they don’t

The location was great- close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Perfect for our needs. The staff was also very helpful, and they seem like genuinely hardworking people. Our family room was nice and spacious, we were surprised. The rate was also very reasonable.

The property is very noisy, our room faced the main road- and it sounded like a party was going on outside. My son struggled to sleep. Also when there is loadshedding- no alternative light is provided. It is rare for a hotel to not have backup power nowadays.

The room was bigger than usual hotel rooms. The price was exceptional for the room. The shower was amazing and no lack of water pressure.

The advertisement mentioned a few amenities that weren't available. This needs to be rectified as not to falsely advertise. Also, it needs to be advertised that the rooms do not have a backup generator for loadshedding. Only the ground floor is operational; and not even to it fullest

it’s an old building which seems like it could do with at least a new carpet in the rooms or a fresh coat of paint on the walls to hide the cracks. The double bed was two singles pushed together. The photos don’t really show the true feeling you get here. The sinks and bath don’t drain properly. I was hopeful seeing the images from Booking.com but being there was a different story.

Staff was excellent and the place very neat 💕 Everything exceeded my expectation 🙏🏽

Loadshedding 🤦🏽‍♂️ At least have back up for lights only

The bed sheets were clean, the balcony feature was nice and the bathroom was exceptional the AC was also a nice addition.

The tv channels were not connected and the issue wasn’t fixed after alerting staff. I recommend having a bar fridge to store our items & microwave for food.

The location is unsafe Safe was not working No drinking water available in room. Didn't feel safe in the area or accomodation

Bed was comforts, air conditioning was working well

Parking wasn't save and pillow case had stain, other than that it was fine. Also I didn't get my change back and no generator

Hotel was in a very bad neighbourhood where we did not feel safe. We were held up outside and had all our valuables stolen, including cellphones, wallets etc and we did not even venture into the hotel after that. Hence, we did not stay there after all. We were forced to find accommodation in a safer area.
