Loved the unit, cleanliness, private pool & hottub. I did have to call and ask for kitchen linens, pull out sofa bedding and ice as the ice maker is broke, but they responded quickly and efficiently. The bathrooms need a hanger for the handtowels in the sink area, my bathroom door was almost impossible to shut and was dragging on the tile floor. This unit also has a bathroom off the lanai for pool usage which was amazing. I also was given no directions on leaving the unit at check out.

House was spacious, and the kitchen had everything you would need and was stocked with a lot of plates, silverware, dishes, etc. Microwave only worked sporadically. Oven does not heat properly, stays about 50° less than what you set it for. Living room sofa needed to be cleaned, cushions had several stains. None of the clocks had fresh batteries - so none of those worked. All of the doors need to be greased, they’re very loud & creaky. Check the pool on your first day, ours hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned & had algae & leaves in the bottom corners. There is a pool skimmer, but ours had a hole in the net. All of these are maintenance issues I should not have to call the rental company about when we’re there. They only supply 2 towels per bathroom that have a shower, so even though the house slept 12, we only had 8 shower towels. When I inquired for additional towels, I was told they do not supply additional towels. Towels are not provided based on the number of ppl the home sleeps, but on the number of bathrooms. It was embarrassing to have to explain that to our guests. There is one trial size set of shampoo, conditioner & soap per bathroom - again not supplied based on the number of ppl staying or the length of your stay. You also need to request bedding for the pull-out sofas if those will be used. Only 2 dishwasher pods & 3 trash bags are provided. Those items should be supplied based on the size of the home & length of the stay. The pool towels are a very low-quality microfiber-like material that doesn’t dry you off. We stayed in Margaritaville when it first opened, and the quality of the overall stay has greatly deteriorated for how much you pay. I think you can rent a large house that is nicer and save a lot of $$$. There are newer resorts with better amenities that are much more affordable.

Our cottage was well situated within the Margaritaville property. The proximity to the shops and restaurants was really nice.We loved having our own private swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard. The style of the home with open living space on the main floor and two floors above with the bedrooms was very nice.One area that was lacking was the cleanliness of the floors. We were traveling with two infants that were crawling and they were getting black legs, hands & clothes as well as everyone’s feet. The livingroom rug had little chips of plastic and dirt, appeared to have not been vacuumed.No towels or dish cloths in the kitchen so we had to go out and purchase as we were preparing food during our stay.We were only supplied with one bath, hand and washcloth per adult. As we were staying for six nights, that was not sufficient.

Great vacation rental lots of space. Outdoor pool area was nice. Basic necessities provided with the rental . Would have been nice to have additional towels based on this unit for you to 12 people. Kitchen had basic utensils. Living room sofa alittle soiled as it’s white fabric. We did have 2 small **** roaches in 2 different rooms. Overall the house suited our extended weekend needs! Love the surrounding areas like Sunswt Walk.

Place featured a good design and layout. Inadequate bedding and towels for a place that sleeps ten. The pullout sleeper had no sheets, blanket or pillow for guest. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of TP. Pool was fifthly upon arrival with no skimmer available. Called management company who only supplied skimmer and never cleaned pool which was requested. We spent 30 minutes skimming pool. Hot tub and outdoor tv not working but management company ( with 2 separate phone calls ) did respond for hot tub which was quickly fixed. However, TV was unable to be fixed. Choice of Kitchen utensils were extensive as we cooked several times. Overall interior of place was very clean. Would most likely recommend to friend but with these points communicated to them.

What a beautiful place to stay in the 5bdrm/5 bath with pool/spa! It was furnished with everything we would need. There were 2 broken stair treads that had blue tape on them and with narrow stairs, it was a little hard to maneuver. Other than that, everything was awesome. It was great that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was great so we could hang out more after leaving the resort pool. The experience was awesome! At first when I booked I had picked the one with a private pool and then when I called a couple of days before the reservation they told me I did not have a pool. The concierge person fixed this for me immediately as it would have ruined our trip and we probably would have cancelled due to not having a private pool. After arriving we were blown away with how spacious and beautifully decorated the cottage was. My family of ten loved this vacation so much and definitely recommend if you want a weekend to spend with your family. Especially during covid!

Beautiful cottage and great overall experience on the resort. At arrival we found the pool to be very dirty and the floors were not that clean. The pool cleaning lady did us a favor and cleaned the pool that same day (she stated the pool was to be cleaned the next day). On our 4th day we noticed the inside temperature of the cottage was increasing and notified the front desk. A tech was dispatched and found the AC unit was damaged. At one point the temperature inside the cottage reached 84 degrees. Contacted the front desk several times and got the same answer over and over: the AC company has been contacted. 6 hours later the AC was fixed. The resort and surrounding areas are awesome.

And the other negative was the linen used, felt very cheap and the sheets were hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that the place was unbelievable. And my family and I had a great time. Awesome spot and very convenient to food areas and attractions would definitely try book again.
