Location was great, and surprisingly good value for money. Swimming pool, clean apartment, bedding, towels, linen, etc. Had a lot of kitchen appliances, furniture, good view over the swimming pool, very spacious space, air conditioning, WiFi, massive TV with lots of channels, balcony, and the list goes on.

The room wasn't ready even though we arrived several hours late. Happy, the manager said the last occupant is leaving very soon (2030hrs) WHO CHECKS OUT AT 2030??? The manager was anything but happy. We got off great but it did not last. Yes, the room was freshly cleaned, but it needed maintenance, a lot of snags and small issues to numerous to list. Suppose you get what you pay for, right. But the main concern was the manager, lacked understanding, lacked customer service, didn't listen, so so unfortunate. I couldn't understand how we arrived at this stand off. We requested breakfast at 10am, so the food would be prepared and ready by 10, so I thought. Was almost 11 when the manager and assistant appeared. I made a point of the time, she replied 'it's not even 11 yet'?? I couldn't understand what she said, did she have issues or was this the culture? We were flabagasted so couldn't eat breakfast. She asked for the money after breakfast, initially I agreed to this but decided against it after what had happened, firstly the room wasn't ready, secondly the breakfast fiasco. So after telling Happy why I will pay at the end of my stay the mood changed, she phoned the owner. After breakfast my partner went to pay and was told we have 1 hour to vacate the premises, comical. Fortunately we preempted this and was ready, but still very shocked.

The apartment was amazing with air-conditioning and rooms always clean. The location , it was easy to get a rider plus food.

The parking was dirty and smelling due to the many people leaving in the area.
