El hotel está nuevo, limpio, bien diseñado y aunque lejos del centro, muy bien comunicado.
El personal super atento y agradable.
No me gusta demasiado la moqueta en las habitaciones.

Restaurant is very expensive with only the Co-Op as an alternative nearby. Dinner was marred by a group of kids throwing food at each other which we had to ask staff to (reluctantly) intervene with.
Parking also expensive and painful to purchase.
I left a small bag in my room and went back to the hotel to get it - no help at all, just that it hadn't been handed in. I went back again the next day and queued at reception for over 15min to get the same poor response. I consider it stolen by the hotel and asked what they will do about it - shrugged shoulders. I emailed the hotel about it and have received zero response. Not good enough.

Schönes modernes Hotel, direkt an der Bahnstrecke nach Cambridge - Sehr ruhige Lage, Betten sehr bequem und große Zimmer. Bad sehr schön und endlich vernünftiger Wasserdruck :) Öffentlicher Parkplatz daneben - kann online gezahlt werden.

Did not have breakfast. Too expensive and not flexible in price half of the food l would not eat . I asked to share with my husband because he eats meat and l eat vegetarian choice they said no.
The staff very helpful and informative and attentive. The sauna and swim facilities were small but cosy and clean .

Walked into one of our rooms and it hadn't been cleaned beds were unmaid and towels all over the floor, the other room had a dreadful smell inside ,so had to swap rooms .

Stayed in this hotel just before i got married, the staff was so lovely and helpful, and the room was absolutely amazing and spacious! Stayed with my sister, great spot for Cambridge, Thank you Novotel Cambridge North!

Room was a nice size, clean, and pool area is lovely, hotel felt quite and relaxing
Checkin experience is a bit strange - not a typical checkin desk with what I imagine is the industry standard booking/checkin system. Checkin staff just have a laptop on a standard quite casual standing desk and seemed to have to spend a long time in the system to checkin, assign rooms, take payment and programme keys.

Convenient with easy parking nearby and access to Cambridge by both bus and train, also good access to roads leading out of the city. Really nice room and shower room.
Pool etc very inconveniently located at end of long corridor then down stairs only to find room key does not gain access. Gave up at that point!
A few more hangers in room would be useful.

Poor info in hotel, no signage in long corridor (floor 4) no signage about where to park. Offhand staff, half chambered room left with dirty cups and lack of supplies. Odd system for using pool, had to keep applying for a card, so paperless but nothing in place to keep guests informed. Ended up sharing info with other guests.

The property was ok but parking was an issue. Initially when booking, we were informed there was free parking but when you arrive, you realised you have to pay for parking

The whole hotel was well thought out, lovely touches and facilities. Felt new and well maintained. Very close to train station.
It was obvious where to park but a reasonable price once found the NCP car park next to it.
