The breakfast was tasty enough with plenty of options.
We had to wait for things to be refilled so this could have been monitored a bit better.

Very well managed hotel expertly led by Watawam. Lovely team of staff from Louise to John, and the breakfast team. Clean and bright hotel in excellent location. Thanks!
Tried to change the dates within one hour cooling off period to another date because my mother was recovering from a stay in hospital. Hotel charged me a full nights stay and despite Watawam trying to assist in changing the dates she was stopped by a member of the reservations team (Maisie), I was given another managers number to contact and despite 3 messages to Peter there was no reply. The difference in hospitality, and my high opinion of the hotel that I would have felt in flexibility of changing the date within one hour of booking as per the cooling off period for Genius booking level 3 is immense. The difference between a good hotel and an excellent or outstanding hotel is one that can have compassion for an emergency last minute situation and on occasion show the human side. Instead I was fully charged for two people for one night that I couldn’t stay due to a last minute medical emergency. It is disappointing as this could be a fantastic hotel, well managed with a friendly and capable manager who gives an air of calm and organisation to a large hotel.

Parking is ok, but very expensive £25 per night, I'm sure you can get parked cheaper, I didn't look. There is a daily password for the carpark exit which I forgot, best write this down :)

The breakfast was very good, well cooked and good choice. The location of hotel was excellent, right in centre of Canterbury, easy for city and 5 mins to Lovely Cathedral. Very good choice of shops for those who want to shop, I enjoyed the history.
The weather, but cannot change that!. Can't say I did'nt like anything, staff at hotel where very friendly and helpful, including breakfast staff and reception both male and female, all very nice and friendly. I also found staff at Railway station at Canterbury West, Just 7 mins walk to Hotel, or £7.00 for taxi if you need one.

Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war auch auf nichtenglische Kunden ausgerichtet mit Brötchen, Wurst und Käse. Man konnte sich auch Waffeln backen. Sehr schön!! Der Besuch im Clubrestaurant mit Dachgarten nebenan lohnt sich wegen der schönen Aussicht.

Great location within the Canterbury's city centre. Nearby multi storey car park affiliated to the hotel. Good breakfast and spacious room. I appreciated having a real hairdryer. Very welcoming staff at reception and at breakfast time.
When entering the room for the first time there was a smell of bathroom drains. It faded away quickly though.

Nice hotel, great location and parking in the multi-storey was easy. Also, as a coeliac, to say my husband and I were extremely impressed at breakfast with the process in place. Other hotels should take note and use this as a standard.
Would have appreciated a Shower cap in the room or even for purchase especially given the room charge. This isn’t a Premier Inn. Room view wasn’t very pleasant looking at the roof area containing chiller pumps or similar.

Clean modern hotel , situated in a quiet part of town minutes from the cathedral and shops. Decent breakfast included in price.
The only food they supplied apart from breakfast was pizzas. Few maintenance issues which were sorted but should have been done before letting the room,
No parking on site so add £25 per day to the cost of the hotel, that caught me out.

The new rooms are good and nicely spacious. I love the sofa bed.
Consider having a microwave in the rooms as you don’t serve dinner and there is a lot of take ways hence people tend to eat cold food.
Also consider a fridge where food can be stored and later warmed up in a microwave as you don’t serve dinner in the hotel
The above two items will really improve a longer stay in your facility

(Fast) alles! Über 5 Minuten an der leeren(!) Rezeption gewartet, bis sich einer der beiden Angestellten bequemt hat, hinter der Rezeptionstüre hervorzukommen. In den Zimmern gibt es keine Ladebuchsen für Mobiltelefone. Auch auf Nachfrage keine Adapter-Stecker. Zimmer sind winzig und nicht sehr warm (Einfachverglasung). Heizung funktioniert nicht. Wartezeiten am Aufzug katastrophal. Vollkommen überteuert! Frühstück annähernd ungenießbar. Einzig und allein das Restaurant war sehr gut inkl. Service.
