The pIace needs maintenance as the taps in the bathroom and kitchen was lose.

The fact that there is no warning or any poles in front of chalets. My vehicle went over the step and nobody could assist at all

The breakfast was so delicious and the location was good. It was great to see the animals. There were lots of activities to do.

The restaurant was closed on Sunday evening.

The heater in the room wasn't sufficient to heat the room.

The water stream right at the fire pit. Peacefulness of the area is by far the best I've experienced in a while.

The unit was not cleaned off spider web, as a result we had to kill a few spiders which were about 2inches wide. The linen wasn't clean either, we could smell perfume and/or scents of the previous occupant. Misrepresentation of lodge on the advertising vs actual facility. The reception from owner was just cold and uncaring.
