Nice location 10 minutes walk to the sea side. Apartment equipped with all you need, kitchen is big enough.
- The bathroom lock needs replacement, which is unfortunate.
- The gym area floor was not properly cleaned.
- Experienced a conflict with the manager when the cleaner arrived at 10:15 a.m., conflicting with my 11 a.m. checkout. Despite my belongings in the shared kitchen area, the manager insisted on immediate cleaning, questioning my friendliness and nationality, which seemed irrelevant. Guests shouldn't be bothered by cleaning schedules; hospitality and services should extend until checkout. Hosts, take note.

Very comfortable, clean, with all the needed equipment in the kitchen. Definitely it is a great place for a short or longer stay or especially for groups. Helpful guidance from the host. It was a nice gesture to have bottles of water (it was super hot days) and switch for electric socket (forgot to take it). Spacious place. Has airconditioning in the rooms - helps to survive the heat. Has functional Netflix for guest - a nice touch.

Amazing place, I like the view of the window, the tv (so big) the gym, also the atmosphere of the apartment and the area! Also the bed was very comfortable. Also the owner fixed immediately one clogged sink which I had pointed out..
Just was everything a bit short for my height. 😅 that's all..

Very clean room, 10 min walk from the center, easy check-in, common kitchen and bathroom to be shared with other guests. Highly recommended accomodation.

Quality/price ratio is good. Instructions for check in and check out were well communicated. Common room is very nice.
The room floor was very dirty, seems that some areas were cleaned and others not. Bathrooms are super small.

Excellent place, good vibe, felt like home from the first moment. The other guests were so freindly. I started cooking after an hour from settling in, the apartment has all the amneties one could ask for. The room is spacious with a charming view. The most important thing that the apartment was always clean and tidy. Very professional

Room with silent airco, sea view and a big tv with free netflix to end the day! Would come back! Also no big place so little noise from other guests.
+ If you travel from Pafos to Larnaca with the intercitybusses, the stop is 10min walk away ;)
+ no contact checkin was very easy
+ didn't see the host but he send me a couple text messages to ask if everything was ok.
Rather small private bathroom and not inside the room but okay for a couple nights.

Location, price, and super modern apartment, great balcony, mini gym inside on 2nd floor, Netflix, washing machine, pots pans etc, 2 bathrooms, super clean place, comfortable beds & pillows, nice views overall a very well looked after apartment. Mini market across the road and in a very good central location. Suits a solo traveller, couples or a family. Very nice amenities and shocking how cheap it was to stay there!
