Near to airport (10 min rickshaw), check in until midnight, clean, spacious, secure, bus goes near to get to Kochi.
Bed slightly hard.

Its mainly the location and the behavior of the owner/the one who attended us. He is a very nice person and he helped me to carry my luggage and all. A very helpful person. Like a family member
It's nothing I didn't like. Everything was fine for the money we pay. It's an excellent place for short stay with family. As mentioned my main attraction was the brother who attended us.

furniture was not dependable, toilet was not at all hygiene and had maintenance.. seems the rooms are based on the rent you provide..

The behaviour of the staff was good. Room was clean. and most importantly value for money.

It is ok for one day stay. Room toilet was good and clean. Daily Room cleaning service not seen.No tea, breakfast support. Good nearby food stall was not available. Far away from city centre/tourist points . Behaviour and support of attending staff average. I was checked in at 5:00pm on 31st Dec 22 and requested to allow upto atleast 16:30 PM next day, As our flight time was on 20:00 pm on 1st Jan 23 , But the attending person took Rs 300/- extra showing checkout time 12:00pm and refused to include / write this extra amount into the bill / Invoice

Just the bed
Location 7.5 km to airport/ Aluva rail station. No lift to rooms. Too many steps to climb with luggage. No helper.

The manager was very helpful. And is nearer to the airport. It has got good communication to other parts of the city.
Tape of the bathroom could be improved.

Bed and towel was clean
Warm water in room and also u can fill water bottle from a water machine which is placed at entrance outside room

Low budget
Staff behaviour , I took the room to drop my friend at the airport for a flight at 11.30PM.
I booked the room for only 1 adult since I will be staying alone after I drop my friend at the airport .
I checked in at around 10PM
But the staff didn't allow my friend to be in the room and fresh up
And the way they escorted us out was totally not acceptable.
The road from this place to airport is also not good, and it will take around 30 minutes for the commute.

Its a perfect stay for a bachelor to rest while travelling. Good location hotels are nearby
There was no shower in the bathroom
